So far it’s been working well. Gets me relaxed enough to fall asleep without struggling for hours. Especially when I pair it with a sleep related meditation from the Smiling Mind app. I’ve been having some crazy dreams though lol

I have awakened

Dream was weird

Started with kids asking for a large sheet of metal for a roof then they asked fro my ps2

Like halfay through the dream everything shifted from real life to fantasy

End with me going medival with a spear on a more or less goblin man

The the overlay peeled away

Revealing

The poison bomb I'd thrown in the water supply was in fact a bottle of suwege in the the main showers.

The giant bridge over a chasm was a plank between 2 roofs

Boss room looked epic was a small room dug into the snow with tin metal roof

The Tome of *something* was the ps2 in a water proof container, locked

There were 2 showers and in one all the bathers were wearing like hazmat soots

The "guards and army" were the camp monitors who make sure you were behaving. I was not

strangely enough there was text at the bottom of the 'screen'. When I went to open the box containing my ps 2 I got the message

She casts unseal, but doesn't manage to open the box. She does however, do 168 damage to the box.

Then I awokeish.

Dream changes. Only remember that I caught a bird by the neck and gave it to a guy who was heartbroken by the thought that the exact bird had died because he couldn't find it. All the coworkers followed me into the office.
