Random question, have you played dispatch? The writing kinda grates on me when it comes to certain characters but I adore Robert (mc) and waterboy (the GOAT 🐐) even if you haven't played it (like me) and have only watched it through another playthrough and clips (like me) I highly recommend, the mc is a twink and he deserves better 😤

Hi! For the Lumen AU what order is the “rare” Lumen look like?

You mentioned that:

• white lumens

• Make noise (jingles, etc)

• Can hear voices through them (random words or lines)

Are all rare but what else is rare? What’s the most rare out of all of them ?

I know you mentioned that if a lumen owner gets a scar so traumatic that it shapes their soul then the lumen will have a scar reflecting that but that’s a lumen being changed and not being “born” looking/being rare. Of course I think if someone, let’s say, had to get surgery as a baby which left them with a facial scar that’s really bad then by the time the lumen manifests the lumen will have a scar but I mean lumen who are born different due to how the soul is

Are there lumen that reflect someone having DID? People with multiple personalities? Does the lumen have two tones swirled together but still obvious on them being separated colours? What if the person has several personalities? Will it have several colours?

Can a lumen change colour? I know you mention they can get bright or dull and change colours to different hues but I mean changing rainbow like a LED sign. Or the Minecraft sheep when you name it “jeb_” (please look it up and you’ll see what I mean by changing colours) is that possible? How rare is that?

Is pure white more common than a lumen making noise? Is a lumen making noise more common than a lumen speaking with words? They’re all rare but what’s more rare and in what order?

I think you could go any sort of direction you wanted for having rare lumens!! Generally anything is considered rare if it goes beyond the classic glowing, floating ball that follows you around!!! Like I think even personalities being super strong in a lumen could be considered rare, or how smart they can be with bringing you something you lost/needed! I totally think colors changing is super cool and could be a good way to show a person with DID switching into that person! There's truly no order or more rare bc I haven't really sat down and decided it so it's all free reign!! If I had to label one as the rarest I would say any sort of lumen that can transport thoughts/messages along so like the ones that let you hear your soulmates voice every so often!!

I love your Lumen AU for soulmates. This soulmate AU is my Roman Empire I think of it randomly but whenever it comes to my mind I become consumed by it

Question: what if you’re soulmates to siblings?

Example: what if you’re soulmates to Jinx and Vi or someone else (I’m so sorry I’m drawing a blank on siblings that are related in arcane lmao ) would they still all have lumens that are all switched? How does that work?

It means A BUNCH. to answer your question I don't see someone having a soulmate bond with siblings since for me that breaches a weird sort of incest line that I personally wouldn't want to cross, but I guess the only way around that would be someone having two separate lumens of themself??? So like you would have two lumens following you around (each one of the siblings) and then both of the siblings would have a lumen that belongs to you??? I guess??? Idk someone else would have to play around with the idea since it breaches something I'm not into!!! Hope that answers your question and thanks again for enjoying the au!!!

I keep thinking of how Bob going through the process of becoming Sentry helped heal him of the effects of his Meth addiction. Meth really messes with your body, especially your skin and mouth (don’t google Meth mouth if you don’t know, it’s not good) Becoming Sentry cured these health issues that would have been developing if he had been using for a while.

Obviously it’s up to you but I thought this would be an interesting void room to see in “There’s no death here”. We could see just how bad things had got for him drug wise and compare to how well he is today. If that’s not your thing, I totally understand! Just thought it would be an interesting insight into our poor boys past 😊

So I originally thought that Hindered Heart was a two-shot stand alone from coming across part one and two on tumblr. The way I SCREECHED when I saw that it was a fully completed fic on AO3 today oh my goddddd. I just finished reading it, and it was phenomenal and a little cathartic if I'm being honest. I lost my dad a few years ago so the grief parts hit super hard and felt so accurate and relatable. Just an all around amazing job. I loved every word of it.

Every day, I am haunted by the ghost of Hindered Heart. I need you to know that it kills me that I can't read it for the first time again.

The way I JUST reread my own fic not two weeks ago. Im very proud of that story and still very much want to edit it over and make it perfect but I dont have the time rn 😭
