“I’m really sorry. Derek?”
“Yes sir?”
“I’ve been trying to ignore it, but—who is that?”
Derek blinked at the screen, confused. “I’m sorry?”
“That.” The client pointed at his screen, then seemed to remember Derek wouldn’t know any better with that action. “The person in the background.”
It took a second for Derek to realize that people could see Stiles behind him. He hadn’t actually thought about the fact that his watching his boyfriend earlier was specifically because he could see him. Which meant everyone else could, too.

“Do you know what this heathen did?!” Stiles demanded, facing Jackson around the side of the board, but pointing his marker backwards towards the apartment across the way.
“I probably don’t care,” Jackson admitted, sighing in annoyance.
“He was watching Star Wars out of order, Jackson! Out. Of. Order! Not like, the original trilogy, then the prequels, then the sequels, oh no! No! He was watching them all willy nilly in whatever order he wanted!”
“The tragedy,” Jackson deadpanned, coming around the entertainment unit so he was beside Stiles at the whiteboard.

Sorry I missed posting this on here, it was VERY LATE by the time I got the fic up and forgot Tumblr was a thing lol
Reaching up with one hand to rub at his shoulder, trying to ease some of the pain in the muscle there, he wandered back to his bedroom and kicked the door shut behind himself. He’d only just turned towards his bed to fall face-first onto it—fuck the lights, he’d leave them on, he did not care—when movement out of the corner of his eye caught his attention and his heart dislodged itself into his throat.
He ended up doing a weird half-turn pirouette kind of move, lost his balance, tripped over a pair of pants and landed face-first onto his bed.
3. What was the last thing you looked up for a fic?
One second -goes to check your long overdue fic- What colour Jackson's Porsche was LOL I swear I was POSITIVE that it was purple, I have no idea why, but I was like "I'ma check just in case" and I Googled it and lo and behold, I was... so very wrong. So I am glad I looked it up lol. I legit have NO idea why I thought it was purple, but I have a distinct image of a purple Porsche in my head |D
11. Do you outline your fics before writing them?
I do not |D I fly by the seat of my pants, and whatever comes out comes out. I usually try for a bit more structure when it's like, an auction fic for Fandom Trumps Hate or anything where I need to kind of have a set plan like a Bang or something, but even when I do I never follow it. I'm just like "Oh, I'll do this and this and this." and my brain goes "aww, you're so cute, let's do a complete 180 on that and go in this totally different direction." And I just have to like, deal with it... Which is fine, but also why my fics are always so long |D (Reminder for you about yours: they met after 64,958 words... That was not the plan. And yet...) So short answer: Even if I do, I don't follow it so no |D lol
13. Have you ever made a playlist for a fic?
I have not, I can't write if there's noise, and I can't read if there's noise, so music wouldn't work for me lol. But hey, if anyone else has, I'd love to hear it just out of curiosity to see what it's like XD
(I did however write songs for a fic, and I do have full melodies and stuff for it, but that is living in my brain until the end of time lol)
22. What is one of your favourite tropes to write?
I answered this in this ask, but I guess I can go for my second favourite. I think it'd be akin to getting together. I don't know, I feel like I write a lot of fics with people getting together. It's fun, and finding different ways to get them to finally--wait no, it's mutual pining. Mutual pining for sure LOL. I didn't realize that until I started trying to explain why I like getting together, and it's literally because I love the mutual pining stupidity lol. So yes, that XD
33. What is your favourite line from Puzzle Pieces?
OKAY LISTEN, Kevin needs a vacation.
“Yeah, Mrs. Hale? I don’t—I just—please. Please.” Kevin sounded like he was about to have a panic attack, and normally, Derek would care. He would, honestly, because Kevin was a good guy, and while they weren’t friends, he liked him.
I talk to myself when I'm writing dialogue, and even though the line isn't actually that funny in the fic, the way I said it out loud to myself had me wheezing like a fucking lunatic. So yeah, we love Kevin in this house.

(I don't care what the critics say, they're experiencing Superhero fatigue. Anthony Mackie was amazing in the movie, it was a really cool human version of Cap, and the new Falcon is adorable af. This was a good movie, 10/10, would see again.)
Last TV Show: Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man
(My friend wanted to watch it, we binged it. It was fine, but I'm more of a DC fan than a Marvel fan so... And yes, I recognize Captain American is also Marvel lol)

For the glasses, I was definitely picturing these:
but on an older face. I considered slim silver frames too but idk I like the black partial frame. Especially with some professor-esque scruff. I kept picturing him at a big desk peering over the tops of the frames with one eyebrow raised looking extremely unimpressed lmao
