I am so happy and so pleasantly surprised I cannot even deal. You guys have no idea how horribly self-critical I am, and to think my writing was good enough to get noticed by one of my favorite websites ever...

This was actually brought to my attention by someone who found the fanfic through TVTropes, and reviewed my work on AO3.

Yes, apparently Papyrus somehow does have lips. My guess is that Pap can form lips when he needs to for the sake of funny in Undertale canon. But Sans doesn't use lips at all, probably so he can make people wonder how the hell he plays trombone or drinks ketchup through his teeth.

Why are people getting so salty about who Asgore is shipped with? These are fictional characters we're talking about. They're not real. Shipping isn't serious business. It's supposed to be for fun, I mean, damn. I'm a huge fan of Asgore and I don't really care who people ship him with. I just like seeing him happy.

I think that the anger comes in when Asgore is either mischaracterized or thrown under the bus because of a ship. This tended to happen when Undertale was at the peak of its popularity, but I don’t see it as much anymore. I personally don’t have any issues with people shipping what they like (unless it is pedophilic, contains non-con, or anything else along those lines).

I mean hey, I’ve been with fandoms for a long time and I’ve shipped some weird stuff. But going to people and openly hating on something they enjoy is something that shouldn’t happen. It just makes people feel uncomfortable.

Just read the latest chapter of TPI. That ending, though... I was practically screaming, "OH MY GOD, SANS, JUST TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL, YOU EMOTIONAL CACTUS!" There's no way he doesn't love Squish. I'm sorry, you can't convince me otherwise. (... and now I'm hearing my frustrated screaming in Papyrus' voice. Damn it!)
