Ironically, this is a good opportunity to Observe our symptoms when I *know* I've overexerted myself. Like, the pins and needles in my hands and legs right now are definitely not from sitting at my computer for too long, for example! It could be the cold - it feels like when your hands are warming up after being too cold? - but it isn't actually cold enough for that, and we're still outside! So even if it was, we shouldn't be feeling that yet. They aren't pleasant sensations, but it's interesting to make note of them.
