I still think the best thing I've ever written was in Mama Who Bore Me when Melody saw her mom again as a SHIELD agent and she just fucking...sat there for a moment before running away. Like that was so fucking funny to me bc I am Melody running away from my responsibilities. And then Clint just threw his head back with a groan. That was so Clint. Like I have to be at work in an hour and I'm sleep deprived and I just thought about it and I could not stop laughing
