Eight years ago, in February of 2010, Vision Éternel released a limited edition single in promotion of our third EP "Abondance De Périls". The reason for this special treat, an unreleased rehearsal session, was because the extended play was delayed from its planned February 14th 2010 release date to March 9th 2010, due to extended mastering sessions with Adam Kennedy (who did a marvelous job, by the way). The promotional single was only available through Bandcamp for a limited time (less than a month), prior to the EP coming out. It has since been unavailable to fans and followers of Vision Éternel. This rehearsal session will be available once again on an upcoming compilation cassette that will be announced very soon!
Got some really cool Vision Éternel merch in the mail today! Here's a sample of it. More info on these Christophe Szpajdel logo stickers will be revealed soon!
Dear friends and fans. Today is a very big day for Vision Éternel. After years in the making and dealing with disasters (such as losing footage), the music video for "Pièce No. Trois" is finally out! It was photographed by Jeremy Roux, edited by Vasily Atutov and premiered by JJ Koczan over at The Obelisk. Today also happens to be the celebration of cinematographer James Wong Howe's birthday, whose film noir photographic influence on the video is unmistakable.
If you have 2 minutes to spare, you should definitely check out the new music video over at The Obelisk:

2017 is all about celebrating Vision Éternel's 10-year anniversary. It's pouring rain here in Montreal so here's an appropriate picture from the vault. This picture was taken in September of 2008 in the backyard of my old apartment in Montreal. It was later used in the CD booklet of Vision Éternel's Japanese compilation "An Anthology Of Past Misfortunes", released through Frozen Veins Records.
2017 is all about celebrating Vision Éternel's 10-year anniversary. This image right here is from the vault and it dates back to the summer of 2009, before Vision Éternel had any official promotional pictures. This image was used on Abridged Pause Recordings' website after the band was signed and served as the official band picture. The logo was designed by Jeremy Roux and the artwork was taken from a never-released cassette release.
