Poppy's Pals. My logic here is I imagine all three of them have beef with Santa, but especially Montrose. I feel this deep in my soul. they def def def would kill santa and also have the means to.

Coriolis Crew. Ok hear me out on this Zoox and Devo don't know who Santa is and I think Amber def has beef with Santa for getting her the wrong thing for chirstmas a child. So Amber does definitely convince zoox and Devo to kill Santa if they come across him, but they wouldn't like seek him out.

The Thundermen. (sourced from @cambriascall) "All you would have to do is send Fitzroy a letter from Goodcastle that says he has to kill Santa to become a knight and he would do it. The Firbolg would go along with it (would destroy capitalism) and Argo is hesitant at first but Fitzroy could get him there".
