Imo, there is a few supporting dialogue that really gave me my "the wizard grew up to be an asshole" headcanon, and not just a jaded wizard, but straight closed off after so many betrayals, and also just really savage and bite back for some reason
but personally, the one piece of dialogue i actually hold onto to base how i write the wizard, like religiously tightly hold onto, but there's also one that makes me think we actually might just be a coward where baba yaga refers to us to "stop being cravenly"
now i dont know if thats because we were literally shaking in our boots at the thought of fighting giant purple pickled satan, or thats just her being an asshole, but i always thought the wizard was a college YA by this point so maybe we literally are just terrified maybe we are just a coward and we just are sometimes sassy to cover up the fact that we really do not want to go fight grandfather spider. i mean he is like what..literally god right
