OKAY SO -

A long ass time ago, @kazieai comes into my ask box about reverse isekai with Marco. And this idea has been bouncing in my head ever since I read @lyndsyh24's He Fell From the Sky.

ON TOP OF ALL THAT

I'd been seeing a lot of same mobile app game. One of a hundred different "remodel this old sprawling mansion" match game things, yeah? This ad kept getting my attention cause there was a supernatural bend to it and something about controlling plants.

So these ideas collide in my devious little brain, and I think:

Hey, what if reader has inherited a mansion yeah? What if their grandparents had, during the last year or two, taken in a big burly guy who needed work, and he's been trying to keep everything going the best he can on his own? What if Thatch is the only person to greet you once you move into the new mansion and after some talk you opt to let him stay. You NEED the extra help, you can't deal with this place solo.

What if, one day, the immaculate green house catches fire? Teal and gold fire. And this other man forms out of the flames, confused AF about what's going on --

-- and he knows that goddamn Gardener/Chef!

It was originally going to just be a Thatch/Reader or Marco/Reader, but the more I start getting into what I want to have happen, it's going to become a X # of People/Reader polycule deal, where you basically end up collecting blorbos like dolls and everyone does their best to get along because reasons, and how lucky that you're someone they all want to show their appreciation to?

It's still as hell on the surface, but I just want to be goofy and have fun with it, while still getting to tell, what I hope, will be an interesting story too ^_^
