The brunette frowned upon hearing the blond speak those words. This blond had a mythical book labeled simply as "Death Note". How could Dazai not wish to try to get the book as his own? He didn't want to kill others with it, oh no he had something much more simple--- much more insane--- he wanted to do with it. Brown eyes looked at the blond "come on..... I just want to use it to kill myself." Yes, Dazai wanted to see if the book would provide him the pain-free suicide that he has craved. His hands went out to grab the blond's hands.
"Then if I can't write my own name in it... then maybe ya will right my name in it for me." He gave a slight puppy dog pout. He had no so simply gone into asking for a double suicide with this girl. That was what he normally would do seeing a girl such as this one. She was slender, a model and singer--- maybe dumb enough that she might actually commit a double suicide with him. Then he saw this book and he had wanted it. No he didn't just want it, he needed it. Would it work in the same way as a book that was activated by some ability--- such as Kunikida's Doppo Poet? Would his own ability allow for it to not work. No, the girl just didn't want to share. That was it! "It is just a simple name, ya don't even have to write how I die. I just want to die." Yes, he was a suicidal maniac and he might actually have a chance at actually dying this time. Well, if the girl actually allowed him such a luxury.
