when I was 4 my mom dressed up as Darth Maul for my preschool Halloween party at my very Catholic school and it had a profound impact on my memory so every time I see him I just think 'that's my mom.' Darth Maul is my mom so theres no need to be scared or alarmed. Just my mom.
It’s almost comical how bad my memory is sometimes. I opened my reminder app because I knew I needed to set a reminder for something but I couldn’t remember what. I saw that I had a reminder set for Sunday to remind me to go to my flu shot appointment, so I figured that was it and I just forgot I already did it. Several hours later, however, I now realize what I actually wanted to remind myself was that I have a grocery delivery set to arrive tomorrow and I knew I would forget and wanted to remind myself so I wouldn’t leave and have my groceries just sitting outside for forever
i just tried to go to chris pratt’s twitter account by guessing twitter.com/chrispratt and right before I hit enter my mind whispered to me “no, it’s @prattprattpratt” also I can’t remember a word of the book I loved that I finished yesterday
my mind basically groups everyone by certain associations. like, it acknowledges it's more complex obviously but there's just some people that are packaged together, y'know? i.e.
src of course, and rpers have their associations for obvious reasons, though there's basically two 'clusters' of rpers i follow
any skype groups obvs have associations
tah and fawks and tabby and granny and i think one other that i've not talked to
krissy has a lot of people crossing with her but some ones popping to mind right now are cyclonias, kemi, hoist
there's a lot more (alix, angie, punches etc.) but you get the gist
