ROWAN- “If something bad is going to happen, you should tell my dad, Vada!”

VADA- “I don’t know if it is bad or not. I can’t see it clearly, and I am not going to tell your dad until I know for sure.”

ROWAN- “He really should know.

VADA- “I knew I shouldn’t have told you anything!  Your dad shouldn’t know Rowan!  If he knows then things could be even worse, You have to promise me that you won’t tell anyone!’

ROWAN- “Vada, if something is going to happen bad, I have to tell him!”

VADA- “I SAID NO!”

Vada grabbed a ball from the yard and cast a spell on it and threw it at Rowan, it didn’t hurt her, but it wiped her memory of their conversation.... Rowan became scared and ran off to her house....

Dearth Candle Spell

On the cusp of a nights bringing,

light a candle three times singing,

   “I call to me a vision,

   Spirits, divine, I ask for your intervention,

   show to me what I am missing”

each cycle blowing the candle out facing 

east or north. 

With a finger gifted, place into the hot wax 

insisting that when you wake it all comes clear.

Before the body hits the bed

repeat the words and light three times more.

let burn through the night and toil with it no more.
