Closed starter for memoryvista [Komachi]
Rinnosuke had just returned to Kourindou after another day of searching for technology from the outside world. Well, it was more like a half-day, since it was just late afternoon. Anyway, it was nice to finally get a chance to relax after walking for so long. And to top it all off, he was free of his regular annoyances.
Heading to the kitchen to make some tea, the half-youkai heard a small noise coming from the main area. But when he turned back around and scanned the shop, there was nobody there, and the bell on the door hadn't even rung. Was it another troublesome fairy that took up residence while he was away? Whatever it was could wait until his tea was done, at any rate.
When the beverage was finally done, Rinnosuke began investigating the strange noises he was hearing. They where frequent enough to be annoying, but not frequent enough to be too much help in ascertaining their source. After a good ten minutes of trying in vain, he thought he'd finally done it: there was a large cabinet about as tall as he and thrice as broad. So who...or whatever he heard took up residence in here.
He put his cup down on top of the cupboard and reached into his pocket for his mini-hakkero. After hearing from Marisa just how useful the tool was, he made a personal one for himself when he came across a sample of the rare hi'irokane. While Rinnosuke couldn't use it nearly as well as the witch could, it was still handy in a pinch. With his free hand, he opened the door to find...
...a pink and blue blur come tumbling out on top of him. This was no fairy; she was almost as tall as Rinnosuke himself. "Ack!" was about all he could say as the two fell to the floor, the mini-hakkero skittering under a shelf. She was making a thunderous growling noise that almost sounded like...snoring? Wait. This girl had honestly fallen asleep in a cupboard?
Once he recovered from his initial shock, he gently shook her. "Hey, wake up." He'd never seen her before, just who was she, and what was she doing here?
