Summary: While institutionalized, Castiel is instructed to write down his feelings and thoughts in a journal to aid in his recovery. What he writes and says in therapy just confuses his doctors and scares the other patients. Meg finally convinces Dean to come get him, but Dean has his own issues with the fallen angel who broke his brother. Can they find some common ground as the Leviathans grow closer and closer to eating the world? (Italics indicate journal entries).

The thing I don't like about mental!cas is that the fandom now sees Cas as small and weak. He's still a BAMF who can kick practically everybody else's ass.
