Bizarre Dream - Deprogramming Success!

I often have multi layered and sometimes vivid dreams and feel that there are outside influences working through these in astral. About 2 weeks ago i transitioned to a plant based diet and my severe intestinal pain improved greatly, along with a new medicine that I'm sure contributes to this as well. For the past week I've been eating vegan meals and feel so much better than i have ever. My thinking is clearer, readings are easier, my body is healing, I have energy, and I was able to remember memories I had previously blocked out. I've felt in my soul that with how much i love animals this is the right thing for me to do and finally successfully made the transition. I've been more in touch with higher spirits since. Last night I dreamed again of a few entities I recognize from nightmares earlier in the week. In all the dreams these beings are programming young children to be dependent on outside influences, limited thinkers, and focused on Christian notions of evil, i.e. focused on guilt and punishment. By the last dream layer last night, I had recognized these interloper beings from earlier layers and woke up in a middle aged man's body with a beer gut. I had a family of people I recognized ever in the dream as programmers. I was in a carpeted nondescript apartment and there was a table in the corner of vegetarian and vegan foods but all the furniture in the room had been arranged to block my access to it. On the table closest to me was a large mason jar labeled PLASMA with a list of 7 names (everyone in the room). I asked what it was and they said it was for me to eat because I was hungry. "I'm not hungry," i said. "I feel good and that looks disgusting... " "But look at you, you're ugly and fat." "I'm beautiful and feel good, " I said. They tried everything in their power to get me to be convinced I needed to drink the plasma to feel good. I poured some of the plasma through a tube and was able to see through the tube like looking through a microscope. I saw blood platelets and realized they were even lying about it just being plasma. I was even more confident that they were playing me and they tried to repeat "you need meat for protein" and "you will not remember this when you wake up" and then I woke myself up. I think that the entities meddling with my dreams are Greys because I've blocked them from interacting with me every other way. I also saw a little girl in my dream who looked like one to me.
