#anxietygoals yesterday was the first time i was able to exercise alone without a workout buddy in months. Those that know me know i have huge anxiety attacks about exercise and can only face it when i have company to distract me. But yesterday i went for a 1 hr walk around the beach by myself. I know its fullon workout or anything but baby steps. Im stepping out of my comfort zone and doing things even though they make me anxious. Thats an excellent first step.
