Hi, I'm Meme, I'm a a 26 year old girl with a passion for health, fitness, body love, self care and pinup rockabilly. Apart from seeing many fabulous rockabilly fashion ensembles u can follow my and others like as we journey towards health, fitness and weight loss. My highest weight 95kg my lowest weight 61 kg. About a year ago I got depressed neglected my health and got up to 77kg. But I have no restarted and am excited to be bk on the weightloss health journey using nutritional cleansing and self love. I am also in recovery for bulimia and binging I would love to support those in recovery like me and to share that journey as well.

Hi guys *trigger warning suicide, depression*

So i havent used this space in a long time not really sure why. But tonigh tf i just really needed an anonymous place to vent. If no responds cause i havent posted in so long all g.

Im having a really bad night tonight. I make a point of never posting on my fb trying to guilt my friends into hanging out with me cause im depressed or msging them with the same. I fight really hard to be self reliant il ask ppl to hang out but wont say why. Today for the first time in over 4 yrs i msged all my friends and posted on fb im doing really bad im scared for my saftey i really need someone to hang out with me. Not one person said yes. I feel soo increadibly alone atm. My life is snowballing and im honestly not sure if im strong enough to go on. I got a few msgs of ppl telling me they were to cold to hangout or too tired very few had actual reasons most didnt reply. I hate needing ppl i hate relying on someone else to make me feel better. I want to be my own white night in shinning armour and save myself. But the one time that its bad enough for me to break down and ask for help no one is there despite the fact i am constantly going to see friends when their depressed no matter how inconvient or what i have to sacrifice. Idk im wandering if all my friendships are really one sided and ppl who use me for their own ends. This time i dont know if me on my own is enough to survive the night 😪😪😪
