My headcanon why Valkyrie wasn't in Infinity War
Valkyrie, on the ship away from Asgard: Ay, see that planet over there?
Thor: Yes.
Valkyrie: Drop me off.
And then she spends the next year or whatever sober so she won't be a drunk anymore and she can take better care of herself.
