“Riku!” Sora ran up to the other, excitement plain on his face. “Man, am I glad to see you! Any idea on what’s going on around here?”

Because Sora sure as heck didn’t have a clue! Mickey still hadn’t checked in, and this world was so strange. He was pretty sure he’d definitely never been to this one, although he supposed he couldn’t say for sure. Riku always seemed to have a better handle on what was going on- maybe because he was the journal’s memories?

Can't sleep?

Send me “Can’t sleep?” to have a tired conversation with my muse in the middle of the night. (Not Accepting)

It wasn’t every night Sora would be out on his own, but usually it would be for two reasons; being too excited for something to come the next day, or a nightmare. Unfortunately, it was more towards the ladder side. There were rare nights were Sora would have a nightmare due to his past adventures- loosing his friends, or even loosing himself to darkness would be a reaccruing nightmare he would want to shake off. That was the challenging part. However, wondering around, he didn’t expect to run into the Replica late at night.

“Me? Not sleep? … Well, I thought I would just take a walk and clear my head. Don’t worry, I won’t be doing anything dangerous or silly.” Sora let a small smile out to reassure the other. “I just thought doing this would be a nice change of pace?”

Sora wasn’t exactly sure on why all this began. Why did a war have to start within a kingdom with one another? It would be easier if everyone just got along with one another. It probably take a life time to convince others that the supportive ‘enemy’ isn’t really an enemy.Though how could he risk his friend’s to show them that they are all not as different as they appear?

“I’ve thought about this for a while and i just can’t think of a way to convince them.” Sora contemplated towards his friend that look nothing like the monster Sora was.An unholy as they are called, but he wasn’t like any unholy he’s heard about. At least the two were still able to talk like old friends and not let their appearance be what sets them apart. “What do you think? Do you think if I went to your kingdom and talked to whoever was in charge, I could end things on one side? Or are you going to say that’s more wishful thinking.”

‘Even if Riku and Riku have the same name, it’s clearly easy to tell them apart. Personality wise at the very least. He kind of reminds me of when we first got off the island, but it was always someone I still admire for being strong. He’s probably just as strong as Riku. But maybe I can gloat around him about one thing. After all, this may be the only time that I can tell Riku that I’m taller then him.~’

Sora couldn’t help but arch a brow lightly. Not that it was weird to hear Riku say it… but it wasn’t something this Riku would seem to say out of the blue. Somehow hearing that just made him all the more confident despite his decisions. With Riku putting so much faith on his own shoulders, there was no room to let him down. There was never any room for that, no matter who it was. Sora smile lightly, thinking about a witty comment he could dish out, but at this moment, it wasn’t the time for that.

“You might think it’s not a lot, but hearing you say that makes me feel like I can do anything. Riku; thank you. For believing in me.”
