Happy that I'm able to taste and share with you some of the winners of the SR Signatures 2017 dishes! From really rich and Tasty Ramen to Homemade Scialatielli Pasta, to Chicken Rice Arancini and many more. Each of these dishes are definitely a winner on its own. Back for the third year now, one of the key highlight of the Singapore River Festival is the celebration of the best cuisine along the three quays - Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, and Robertson Quay. The Singapore River Festival celebrates the heritage, people and the places that makes up the river. Do keep a lookout for this epic festival happening some time in November this year! lunch with @shutterfoodie at @menyasakura in @gandariacity. Went for a Spicy Tonkatsu Char-Shu Ramen which was not as spicy as it sounds, in fact I added more chilli powder and crushed garlic to give it extra heat. Conistency of the noodle was alright, with succulent pork slices and half-boiled egg.
