first and foremost, i won't be naming any names here. yes, my post was vague, and that was the point of it. because the truth of the matter is that no matter the fandom, this sort of behaviour is evident in all of them and i was calling it all out. identifying the people directly can cause more harm than good, and it is not my intention to victimize anyone.
it just so happened that recent events regarding a specific community pissed me off to no end this time round, and it was a long time coming.
in a way i am glad that you have not seen anything yourself from specific tags and the community, but the reality is that people who choose to target a set group or a set character and don't want blowback from it wont tag their posts to make them easily accessible. however, if you interact with enough blogs, basically the '6 degrees of separation' rule comes into affect, where blogs that interact with that fandom start to link to each other and you unfortunately will end up with a blog that doesnt align with your taste or morals on your feed and you get an unhealthy dose of toxicity from it
this happens on all forms of social media; where i have been seeing this kind of activity is more so on twitter, but it has happened here on tumblr too.
i do want to stress that when i do see this kind of toxicity i do block/mute them from my feed so i dont have to see it, but it doesnt stop it from existing. and then seeing how it affects the people around me because unfortunately its not so easy for them to get away from it, it just hurts me deeply
if you know my blog well enough, you know i am a massive fan of OLBA currently, and thats typically what i post, amongst other fandom stuff that interests me, however its typically OLBA.
the OL series is all about acceptance and understanding and openness with one another. discrimination, bullying, anything like that doesnt exist in the story and shouldnt exist in the fandom either.
its unfortunate to see that regardless of the type of community it should be, that negativity and toxicity exists regardless. as some one as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, i have unfortunately seen comments that are against what the community stands for. i have seen commentary that is essentially bullying of one account or a collective for the sort of content they produce. hyprocritical comments, calling out someone for their content but going ahead and making that content themselves.
if you have not seen this sort of activity, im grateful for it. truly, its not nice to see this kind of stuff, and if you do, blocking and muting it is the best option to avoid them and keep to the healthier side of the fandom
please note, this blog will always be an open blog, other than calling out this poor behaviour, the entire purpose of this blog is to be positive!
to share fics and and art and headcannons and thoughts about all characters in the fandom i am a part of, because i am trying to share the love i have for the series with others and have great discussions around them

Meow- Some thoughts further regarding U. Redux. Not elaborated much (yet?) but how does Kirby expel the absorbed abilities in humanized form? Why does Nightmare only 'haunt' Meta instead of re-acquiring his son if intending controlling abuse? Or rather, what is to gain from the short lease method? Is University normal for members of the royal family to attend? Do you foresee any characters traversing beyond the borough for extended periods? Does Meta lie his head on DDD's chest while sleeping?
Well, generally, Kirby can just think about expelling them, and it happens. It can also happen if he absorbs a different ability, or if he’s in a fight and gets knocked around too much.
In regards to Nightmare, this partly has to do with Meta Knight running away as a teenager, which I haven’t really elaborated on much yet, but…Nightmare was convinced that Meta Knight would never make it on his own, so rather than going after his son, he essentially decided to wait for Meta Knight to get in over his head and inevitably end up begging Nightmare to take him back. But it didn’t quite work out. And by the time Nightmare realized his plan wasn’t working out, Meta Knight was already an adult with people that actually *would* look for him if he disappeared one day. And he’d much rather Meta Knight come of his own accord rather than having to go after him.
Nightmare still figures (for various spoilerific reasons) that Meta Knight will inevitably come back someday, but he’s essentially trying to set him up for an ‘I told you this would happen, and you didn’t believe me’ sort of thing. There’s also a sort of jealousy aspect, which is why he keeps interfering. Nightmare believes he has a right to Meta Knight’s loyalty and obedience, and he can’t understand why someone like Meta Knight would happily work for and–even worse–be friends with someone like Dedede.
Most of the Dreamlandic royals attend Dreamland University since it’s the most prestigious university and right there in the capital; they usually get degrees in political science, economics, or business, but it’s more of a status thing than any desire to do anything with their degrees. The few exceptions are Delilah (who got hers in Floralian art), Dedede (who’s working on an archaeology degree), and Sectonia (who studied botany at a Floralian university). Prince Fluff was also forced to attend Dreamland University after being stripped of his crown; he declared his major to be studio art with a focus in textiles, before disappearing his first semester to pursue Yin-Yarn.

Meta probably starts out that way, but the night probably ends with Dedede on the floor or desperately trying to pile pillows between them. He adores Meta Knight, of course, but he’s not exactly a restful sleeper.

We actually have a post we are making about our fandom [games, movies, shows, etc.] related special hyperfixations (special interests/hyperfixations), lol, so not gonna go into that here.
Nonfandom related special hyperfixations are service animals, animals in general, art (multiple kinds, including written types), alterhuman stuff, and plural stuff.
✏ - Do/did you like or dislike school?:
[We aren't currently in school and we aren't planning on going back] The short answer is yes and no.
The long answer is we didn't seem to dislike school too much when we were younger, as we were doing alright in school, we did hate English when we were younger, but around 7th or 8th grade we started to love it. Our favorite class when we were younger was science. We still love science in a way, but it's different than when we were younger. We definitely hate math now.
School during and after COVID time became really hard for us. We were diagnosed with depression around COVID time, and our sensory issues to do with sound got worse. We weren't even diagnosed as autistic until the body was 17, almost 18 years old [we are currently 19, almost 20]. But we were diagnosed as/with ADHD at a "younger" age (we wanna say like 9 or 10 maybe?). Which while being younger than 17/18, it's still not the same as if this body was a white cis boy would have been.
Anyways, this became a kinda rant thing, lol. Hopefully, we actually managed to answer the questions though.
