meowlevolent (this will happen again) shading is for another kind Okay Arthur and John design notes Here Oscar and Noel under the cut!!!

Oscar: - in my head he gives off grey blue vibes so likely a kind of russian blue cat - i thought some spots might be a good place to get a bit silly, so I took his heart nose and made it loosely around the idea of a sacred heart - the other spots 4 on the left and 3 on the right were grabbed from the star tarot since i wanted something to base the spots off of - fleur-de-lis chin fur - slightly diamond shaped eyes to give a slightly more nervous look to him - oscars voice in my head sounds a bit like someone who might have a beard? fluff be upon ye - spots around the eyes to also be tear esque considering oscars whole thing appearing to drink away things that haunt him Noel: - siamese cats are very smart and social so i thought it was a good breed to work off of. - Considering Noel is mentioned as wearing a trenchcoat i think he was the most fitting to have a typical detective look. I also wanted to give him suspenders but since the trench coat obscured it i settled for that kind that goes around the chest - tbh i think out of everyone noel having a more plain design is very fitting for a guy who takes on a new identity - judgement tarot has an angel but main thing from that i tried to integrate was feathery cheeks and loosely wing shapes in the ears - similar with the outfit i think a more plain design would fit for a guy whos supposed to appear somewhat normal - in my head underneath his clothes bc siamese are color points his fur has dark splotches that would mark where he got injuries in the dreamlands - i really wanted to give the feel of kind and understanding eyes because the whole scene of him talking to john and the way arthur tells him right away about john just reminds me of when ppl are more inclined to tell you stuff if you appear understanding
