Spain this time around. These are from Cordoba. The food shot is tapas, obviously. The menu was extensive and so was my appetite. I am pretty sure I got through about 80% of the menu at the Siesta restaurant. What was even better was the price....very agreeable and about half of what i would have spent in London for a similar amount / quantity of tapas.
Now, the arches and the dome. They are from the Mequite or Mezquita. i was not certain what I should expect from the outside of the building. The walls are a soft yellow colour and has the look of a castle and not at all a mosque or a cathedral. Inside is a different story altogether. Fantastic repeating arches make for a tranquil and contemplative interior of the worlds second largest mosque which is rather rudely interrupted by a cathedral in the centre.
I can COMPLETELY relate to this. In fact, all of us can. People are ALWAYS gonna have an opinion whether you're doing good or bad. People are always gonna bash your dreams and aspirations because they don't believe in you. But really is because they probably had the same dream, got told they weren't good so they gave up and quit. They didn't believe in THEMSELVES enough to keep going. Don't let people's opinions bring you down. Use that negative vibe to fuel you into telling yourself that it CAN be done. It WILL be done. You are greater than the limitations your mind creates. You know what that's called : FEAR. I'm the prime example. I was always scared to try anything because I didn't believe I could succeed. Letting myself be influenced by those who's opinion did matter to me but at the same time don't have what I want which means I was taking their lifestyle. I'm not saying that these thoughts don't go through my mind, they do ; it's normal, but from here on out all that negative talk it's just outside noise. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. Surround yourself with positive people who want to see you succeed not bring you down because they're just plain quitters. They shouldn't even be considered friends (or family) in the first place if that's the case 😏😘💁😉 #ThoughtOfTheDay #MeQuite *drops mic* lmao 😜
