Mer au with guppy tommy is my favorite work of yours so I doodled a bit and was shy about sharing it till now. (I also have no clue how to draw mer techno because pig+squid dosn’t add up in my peanut brain)

mer sbi and tubbo

“ Get away from my son! ” is the only thing Tommy and Tubbo heard, before Tubbo was suddenly gripped in a hand larger then him. OOP its papa Phil and he's angry. Before Tommy can get a word out, he lets out a startled shout at suddenly being picked up, its Techno, baring his teeth at the human Phil has in his hand while holding Tommy close.

They mistakenly take his anger as fear and that makes things worse, its continues as a back and forth between Techno and Tommy, while Tubbo's pleads in muffled a bit by Phil's hand, “ Enough! ” he shouts, looking at his kids before, looking at Tubbo, “ Give me one reason why I shouldn't kill you right now, human? ” Tommy squirmed in Techno's hand, shouting in desperation and anger, “ Because he's my friend! Phil please! ” causing the two older mers to whip their heads to look at Tommy in disbelief, before Phil can respond back, a deeper closer voice to Tommy speaks, “ Humans aren't friends, Tommy. They’re evil, cruel things. ” Tommy's older brother spoke, ignoring Tommy's shouts and pleas along with Tubbo's, Phil was about to be rid of the human until a hand shot out of the water tightly gripping Phil's wrist before prying the human out of his grip, all their heads snapped towards to person who dared to do this, surprise. surprise it was Wilbur. And boy did he not look happy.

When he noticed none of his family was home he panicked and rushed to where Tommy and Tubbo normally meet and he was relieved he made it in time, a couple of seconds later and it would've been bad. Wilbur held Tubbo close to his chest, near his heart so the younger lad had something to focus he breathing on until he could get Tommy from Techno's protective grip, " What. The. Fuck. Are. You. Guys. Doing!? " that stopped the older members of the family, Wil looked downright pissed. Hostile even, Tommy wiggled his way out of Techno's grip before swimming over to Wil, who in turn scooped him up so he's closer to Tubbo, the two clung to each other.

Tommy trying to calm down Tubbo while Wil dealt with the two older mers. Wilbur basically scolded the two older mers, after hearing Wil, we all know they aren't gonna listen at first so the younger twin does the smart thing and just swims away with the two kiddos, once the three were far enough away Wil went on his back to float while keeping the two kiddos on his chest. You know how otters hold their young on their front while floating ? Yeah that's what wil is doing.

Awww! He just gives them a nice little bath! Probably purring the entire way through.

What were their first reactions, you think?

Do they just accept it now like, "Welp, here we go again" or are they like "Fuck yeah. Bath time"? Well, they've probably got different reactions based on their personalities. You know what they're like. Haha!

Maybe when Tommy is tiny, they give tongue baths right back.

The first time he does it, it's subconsciously and he doesn't mean to- the rest of the SBI silently freak out, thinking he's changed his mind and might eat them- but then they look over and see Tubbo's shit eating grin and know he's been licked before and he has plans to make fun of them for being scared later-

Now every time Tommy licks them clean they all have different reactions. Philza doesn't mind, and just vibes with it, letting Tommy lick him clean. Wilbur complains the whole time about how annoying it is, but doesn't fight back and secretly enjoys it- while Techno will run from being licked every time, but inevitably will get licked in the end much to his joy displeasure. While Tubbo just giggles the whole time-

And yes- Tommy does let the SBI lick him when he's smol, and he laughs and squirms because it tickles-

Ok but like imagine Krackeninnit just swimming, his pupils are thin slits and he’s hunting around the seabed, he looks up and sees some mers so he gets closer to them and they haven’t noticed, come to find out it’s the fam! Phil looks down and sees him and feels his heart jump for a sec before gesturing to the other too at who’s watching them, they all look down and Tommy’s pupils just grow huge and he smiles all big an soft, he swims right up to them interrupting their swim by pressing his face directly into them, they all end up sprawled over his face with Wilbur over his cheek and an eye, Phil over his nose and Techno over the bottom half of his face, mostly his mouth and lower cheeks. Tommy just purrs so loud that they can feel it vibrating in their bones~ 👽

Yeeeeesssss XD

At first they're scared because they don't recognize Tommy's slit eyes, but as soon as his eyes widen they know it's him and have to time to react as he cuddles them to his face with a loud purr!

god, imagine what the ship and crew members saw, like the crew mates think Wil is scary in size ? duuude they pissed off the wrong family. and out comes papa phil and big brother techno. the whole mer family is pissed. — 🌲

Yeah-

At first the crew only sees Wilbur, Wich a few crewmates celebrate thinking that when Tubbo had gotten lost in the storm he'd befriended a god or something and he was there to reward them for "keeping Tubbo safe"

How wrong they were

As more of the SBI come out of the water the more scared the crew gets- especially when Philza came out, looming over all of them

First thing the SBI did however, was find Tommy and give him to Tommy to swim off with- they don't want either of the younger boys to witness this

Then finally- they tear in- completely destroying the boat and killing everyone on board

And with the voices of mers, they sound so enchanting when they're singing them- so enchanting that the one time Tommy tried joining them Tubbo almost drowned himself-

guppy tommy panicking when phil and techno find him with human tubbo because "oh no what if they hurt my friend" and the others panicking because "oh no tiny guppy has been found by dangerous human" until wilbur tries to settle things down having already known that tubbo isn't a danger to them

YES-

It's especially scary when Philza snatches Tubbo up- ready to kill the human in an instant, as Tommy pleads and begs them not to hurt Tubbo

Techno is confused by Tommy's please and holds him trying to explain why humans are dangerous and keeping Tommy from getting away to save Tubbo

Finally- when Wilbur does show up he's abel to explain, and it's just in time as well, since Phil was about to kill the human-

Ok but I can’t get his out of my head dude, like Krakeninnit just gently grabbing the rest of the Sbi one day and of course this is very startling not to mention the last time they were grabbed like this they got nommed and that was ✨stressful✨ (at least at the time since they thought they were gonna get got) but they trust this kid a lot more now so they just let him drag them close and he sorta just??? Presses them right up under his chin to cuddle them. Philza would instantly melt like “my child~! Sweet baby boy~! 🥺☺️” Wilbur would definitely stuggle but only for the show of it and techno has already cut his losses lmao ~ 👽 (have a goodnight! 🏙🌆🌃🌌)
