For several moments the blanket would remain in place, as if Dan hadn't even noticed or cared that his world had suddenly been covered up. even if it couldn't be seen he had a smile on his muzzle once he had heard the voice.

"Belated Merry Christmas to you too." He eventually responds, lifting the blanket up enough to peek out and see the youngster, who would soon receive a small one armed hug and ruffle on the top of their head after kneeling to their height. "Makes sense to me, but I think it's more important to know what you got Molly."

"Where is your brother anyhow?" As he glances about, getting a feeling they were nearby if Molly had come along to greet him.

Kurai has his arms crossed, absolutely glaring. He is not eating that no matter how much it was good for him. He's already shoved the plate hard enough to make a mess and he will flip the table if pushed- [@@themultiversebundle]

"Now, there is no reason to make a mess because you don't like what's on the plate. You're going to have to clean that up before you leave to play or read or anything." Toriel's voice is firm, and they have gotten a moment of Mom stare.

"The snails are an acquired taste though, it definitely took me some time to give them a go." Frisk adds, with a small laugh.

"And that's fair. I simply put them on the plate- alongside your greenbeans, and cheesy alfredo.. So frankly, you're being just wasteful- you don't have to eat them, but that's no reason to throw a fit."

It likely gave a tell that even after they'd gone their separate ways that day as the demon-hog's expression turned to one of frustration with a sigh. "Well I got paid alright, they were still pretty secretive about it but afterwards I learned what was up."

"I still don't know what exactly the deal with the gem itself was but turns out my employer was connected to that Breezie, y'know one of the casino big wigs? Also has some sorta news outlet?"

He pauses a moment, shaking his head. "They wanted the gem for two reasons....one was to stir up some trouble at that facility for them to report the news, the other was to give the gem to the doctor anyway to keep themselves in his good side!" Now it probably made full sense why it angered him so, that their entire conflict and the following raid they'd done had been a complete waste of time as the result if either of them had succeeded without the other would have been the same!

"The only saving grace is with our little stunt on that Egg Carrier, I assume once they tried to hand it over, it probably made the doctor suspect they were the ones who hired us to steal it from him. Since the gem that was stolen was suddenly provided by them hehe." At least there was that to give the demon a chortle as he was hopeful that was the case.

"So without knowing it, we were all just doing the same job for the same person in the end......what a mess."

After raised brows were given, Dan shrugged seeing no problem with it even if it wasn't his thing. "Uhh, sure, but be careful with the claws, they are VERY sharp. Avoid the ends entirely." He warned the youngster as the last thing he wanted was damaged equipment or worse, easily cut hands.

They'd even cut himself enough times, not to mention with closed fists

It's a little of both! There have definitely been ideas I've gotten from being inspired by other stuff, but I'd say more often than not they do pop up as I talk to my rp partners and plot things. It's like scaffolding a bit? I like to work off other people and build something rather than just giving people a ladder to climb with no flexibility what so ever, cause then that's only fun for one person.

Kurai liked the night time. The darkness felt like a comfortable blanket around him. One he was seeking after having yet another nightmare.

He thought he had been freed from that robot, only still to be haunted. So for now he would be found outside, sitting in the dark. [@themultiversebundle post thread]

While the house was getting repaired, Frisk and Kurai had been entrusted to Asgore's place. It shouldn't take long- the whole community was pitching in after all. He of course had been eager to help in this way, his house a near parallel to Toriel's... There had been pretty obvious disappointment when Toriel mentioned that 'her own room was fine' and as such, would not joining them, but he took it in stride.

With the house being so similar, Kurai and Frisk were still in the same room. They had been fast asleep when Kurai first got up, yet now that they've been outside for a bit now, the door opens to show the child peeking through.

"Kurai?" it's quiet, though not a full whisper. It'd be impressive if Asgore heard them through his own snoring, after all. "You alright?"

1. I was introduced by an old ex-friend waaaay back in the day during our Hetalia (now there’s a series I never wanna see again) days when I was 17. I rped a not so great version of my own version of Majora. Made the move from Facebook rp. Things were way different back then. I also was always upset no one wanted to rp with what was ostensibly an oc lmao. Glad I’ve moved on from that nonsense

5. Out of my muse list? Or just in general? I’m pretty lax about adding muses to this blog so there’s rarely any muses I want to write but feel I can’t but hm.

Maybe my own version of First Link? Or my own version Aymeric de Borel? However, I always have to ask myself, do I want to rp this character or rp WITH this character. And if it’s the latter Benji always graciously picks up anything I ask. I’m kind of stupidly spoiled in that way. I suppose maybe a version of Ganondorf?? Or skyward sword Impa?? But I’m probably already picking up Demise. One day I’ll finish those character pages

...And it certainly looked much than the actual monstrosity that Morgana gave him; Drake much preferred boneless cakes, thank you very much!

But, it was the thought that counted.
