MergeTale: Next Battle

Error looks down to his vine covered hands, he slowly starts laughing.

Core and 1 suddenly disappear.

Galaxes turns, and notices “what the? Oh damn it.”

Vines quickly ensure Ink, Galaxes, and Corruption.

“Error, come on, let us go” Ink stares, his vials just out of reach.

Corruption hisses and struggles under the vines. “Pumpkin...Bones...DIE!!” The broken guardian rips through the vines and rushes forward towards Error.

“Wait here.” Glaxes turns to Ink, his vines burning off.

“I mean, if you guys aren’t going to free me I have no choice huh?” Ink asks as Galaxes grins and starts walking towards Error.

“Now wait a sec, wait a sec” Error steps back, just in time for Corruption’s fist to connect with his pumpkin head, the force of the blow sending Error back, and to stumble onto the ground.

Corruption hisses, Error’s pumpkin head cracked.

“Fine fine, you wanna go?” Error asks with a chuckle.

As Corruption and Galaxes step forward, Error jumps back through a portal and disappears.

“Wow. Well that sucks” Ink steps forward.

“Wherever he’s going, it won’t be good” Galaxes sighs.

…

Error jumps out of the portal, face to face with Sentry.

Sans and Papyrus step back as Error straightens himself out.

“Wow, portal travel is weird like this. “

“Listen, i will give you twenty dollars to piss off back to whatever weird universe you crawled out of” Sentry hands Error twenty bucks.

Error takes the money and stares at it. As he does Sentry snaps his fingers and opens a portal behind Error. Quickly, Sentry kicks Error in the chest through the portal and closes it.

“Wow, ok” Sans chuckles.

“WHO WAS THAT STRANGE PUMPKIN HEADED SKELETON?” Papyrus asks.

“I honestly don’t know, and i truly don’t care” Sentry sighs.

The three turn and look back to their goal, ahead was a house, covered in texture glitches.

“So, Fatal_Error. What do you guys know about him?” Sentry asks.

“NOT MUCH.” Papyrus sighs.

“Nothing other than he’s a me.” Sans replies.

“Surprise surprise. Alright, let’s do this.” Sentry nods and walks in.

[SSL] How would the reader react to @mergetale's Frans and Papriel? I feel like they'd be very weirded out by the two. (Look up Mergetale if you haven't! It's really good!)

(*In case anyone’s wondering, Papriel = a fusion of Papyrus and Flowey, and Frans = Sans and Frisk fused.  The art’s really good, so I recommend looking it up!)

Papriel wouldn’t weird the Lady out as much, since it’s basically Papyrus, but with vines (and hey, Paps is finally a chef!).

Frans, on the other hand, would be stranger.  A human-skeleton hybrid that sometimes speaks as Sans would be difficult to get used to, although once she saw Sans’s personality shine through, she’d be able to look past it.  In fact, I could imagine Sans on the inside of the body feeling as if she’s looking into his very SOUL.  And she’d likely befriend the Frisk-half, and end up being good friends with Frans–though since the body’s a teenager, she wouldn’t have any romantic feelings toward them.

MergeTale: AU’s are Confusing

Ink and Fresh appear next to Saviour and Core, standing outside Tartalgia, the town covered in blue strings.

“He’s been here a while now” Core plucks on one of the strings. “He’s having some trouble with one of the locals, can’t reach his soul to affect him”

“I can bet who it is” Saviour smirks.

Ink and Fresh look to each other.

“Hey uhm...do we have a plan here?” Ink asks.

“Well, from what Core tells me, you have some experience fighting Error, Ink” Saviour replies.

“I am..more than you could understand” Ink replies.

“So take the lead, what do we do?” Saviour asks.

“Yeah, how do we take down my rad glitch bro?” Fresh finger guns to Ink.

“We don’t. “ Ink smiles. “We get everyone to stop fighting him, make him feel welcomed instead. He’ll run away.”

“That...is so evil” Saviour blinks “i’d feel more comfortable punching him in the face”

“Or we can do that, yeah” Ink shrugs.

“Like, you have a good idea, I’m just uncomfortable with such emotional manipulation” Saviour replies.

“Yeah yeah I get it. “

Saviour takes a step away from Ink. “uhm. Ok let’s just go free this town”

“I’ll wait out here” Core sits on the ground.

“Fair enough” Ink shrugs.

Ink, Fresh, and Saviour walk into the town. At the center, the Tartalgia family hung with strings dangling from the trees. Error stood across from a figure in a brown and red powered suit of armor.

“Agh! Your stupid armor!” the glitches around Error grew worse as his strings failed to reach Kujo’s soul.

The hero grabs the strings and yanks Error forward, punching him in the face and sending him back.

“Hey Zoey!” Saviour yells as they come in.

“Huh?” The hero removes their helmet, revealing it’s a woman, her long black hair flows down her back. “How’d you know it was me?”

“Im my universe Vetster killed you, so by that logic he killed Kujo here.” Saviour shrugs.

“Yeah, right Swap. “ Zoey sighs.

Error groans as he slowly stands to his feet, Zoey quickly puts her helmet back on.

“What the...oh hey Ink” Error stumbles forward. “What are you doing here?”

“What are you?” Ink asks.

“Hey, this isn’t just any AU, this AU isn’t even Undertale related.” Error retorts.

“And yet here we are.” Ink replies, “this sure isn’t Lucidia, or even Dreamers. “

“This is Tenaria.” Saviour steps in, “my world. And you are not welcome here”

“You may be used to the Undertale AU’s where you can easily blow through, but this isn’t Undertale Error. This is much worse” Ink reaches out.

“Hey! I’d like to think we’re pretty good!” Zoey yells.

“No no Zoey we are pretty awful” Saviour pats her shoulder.

Zoey slowly turns and faces Saviour. “Why.”

“Can we get to the part where I kill you guys now?” Error asks.

“Hey my rad error bro!” Fresh is suddenly right next to Error, leaning on his shoulder “you should watch that totes unrad thoughts you got all up in there”

Fresh lowers his glasses, the white soul in his eye trembling as it gets choked by the purple veins of the parasite “you won’t like where they lead my dude”

Error quickly steps aside, making Fresh fall to the floor.

“You got the abomination to join you?” Error asks.

‘I’ll admit, Fresh is weird, but abomination is a bit much” Saviour replies.

“Listen. I’ll go if you promise you’ll keep him here with you.” Error stares at Fresh with disgust and confusion.

A loud hiss echoes through the town.

Error’s eyes glitch out. “CRAP”

Corruption appears in front of Error, punching him quickly through a portal and following closely behind.

“Well…” Ink stands, confused. “I’m gonna go follow...that…” Ink splashes ink on the ground and jumps into it.

“So that went well” Core sits on Fresh’s back.

“Yo my rad core dude!”

“Hey Fresh”

“So, what was that?” Zoey asks.

“Corruption” Saviour reples. “He guards the multiverse now”

“Yup, scary. He took Error to this multiver’s equivalent of the void. Right now its Error, him, Ink, and some star angel.”

“Ah, Galaxes. Nice” Saviour nods in approval.

“So that rad angry kitty is bout to all up and kick some glitch booty?”

“Yup”

“Wack.”

MergeTale: JUSTICE

“Ink, you really think Nightmare is the only villain to come here? Fatal Error kidnapped two kids named Hail and Stephan, Core took over a town called Keypers Cove, the afterlife here is overrun with HorrorTale and ReaperTale characters, Error is currently on the run from the multiverse police here. He found himself in some timeline known as Poolverse” Core rambles on.

Ink sits on the floor, Fresh pats his shoulder while Nightmare looked around at the crystals.

“This universe has more than enough heroes to survive whatever comes at them, even Nightmare.” Core sits.

“I’ll try to not take that seriously” Nightmare chuckles.

“Chill out inky dawg!” Fresh sits next to Ink, “just enjoy the shows!”

“Oh yes, I’ll make sure it’s all quite something” Nightmare grins.

“So uhm, who are y’all?” Lukas slides down the rock race and walks up. “Cause from what I see, you are three weird skeletons and a monochrome kid”

“Wow! Are you another one of this world’s heros?” Ink stands up quickly.

“Yeah, you could say that, who are you?” Lukas reaches out his arm, crystals quickly fly off the wall and cover his arm.

“I’m Core Frisk, this is Fresh, Ink, and Nightmare” Core stands up.

“Ok, now, any of you bad? I mean obviously tentacles there is bad, but you three?” Lukas steps closer.

“Oh good, someone recognizes my potential already” Nightmare steps forward to Lukas.

Lukas “alright I recommend you all just get moving out of this here canyon. “

“Or what?” Nightmare grinned.

Lukas scoffed, crystals flying off of the walls and covering his body. “I’ll make you leave of course”

….

Sentry, Warden, Sans, Papyrus, and Epic sit at the table. Kiwi Frisk sits on the table at the center.

“So” Moses walks in, with a sandwich “First of all, Beth makes the best sandwiches. “ He takes a bite and keeps talking “secondly, you all know that more threats are here now right?”

“Its all good bruh! I’m here!” Epic puts on sunglasses.

“But you are S2 Epic. You suck” Core sits next to Kiwi.

“Bruh” Epic looked defeated.

“Yes Moses we know there are more threats” Sentry sighs “ever since we chased Snap into your world Sans, things just got stranger and stranger”

“Yeah, sorry man” Sans shrugs, “funny enough you guys helped my world out. “

“I almost with you all came into my timeline first” Papyrus smiles, a small tear falling from his still lit eye.

“Yeah we know Paps, but it’s good that Sentry said we can stay in this world. “ Sans pats his shoulder.

Core laughs “Oh by the way, you should probably get to Treasure Canyon, Lukas needs your help”

“Shit” Sentry quickly stands up, grabs Kiwi Frisk and runs out of the house.

Warden, Moses, Sans, Papyrus, and Epic all follow.

Damian was sitting out on the lawn.

“Damian lets go!” Sentry runs out, opening a portal, he throws Kiwi through it.

On the opposite side of the Portal, Kiwi comes flying out, hitting Nightmare in the face.

“WHAT IS THIS?” Nightmare holds kiwi upside-down by their leg.

“JUSTICE” Sentry comes flying through the portal, punching Nightmare directly in the face, and knocking him out.

“JUSTICE BITCH!” Sentry yells.

“Good shot” Lukas walks up, his crystal armor covered in strange black liquid.

“Wow, another hero! You look like Savior!” Ink stands in awe.

“Yeah, I’m Sentry, this is my world” Sentry shakes his hand. Sentry turns and faces Core “ok, so any other threats we need to know about?”

“Well…..” Core smiles.
