Almost forgot to post this! But I remembered that I have a sketchbook of black paper, so I thought about using that to draw the abstractions. And when I thought about the abstracted members, I thought of Queenie and Kinger. I just really love them, and I love all the art of the main cast getting the abstracted back to normal.

Drawn using white gel pens and Posca paint markers, with a black brush tip marker for black details (black design on Kinger's robe, small black lines here and there, pupils).

So, I've been working on and off for a few months now on this idea for a story. Knowing how my adhd and motivation work, who knows how much I'll actually make right now for it, but I have the five main characters set (3/5 designed), the basic premise, and a few other details.

Right now, all I'll say is this is your classic isekai, more similar to Sword Art Online or I'm in Love With the Villainess, cuz it's a video game world. 26-year-old Lyra Vaughn finds herself in her favorite video game after she █████ ██ ████ ███████ ██ ██████████, and now she gets to live in a fun JRPG as a cleric. Along the way, she'll meet other isekai'd humans who ████ █████ ██ ████ ██████████, interact with various NPCs, and help the hero defeat the villain. But maybe there are also some darker things at play, and this fun world isn't all that it seems...

Burnout & Migraines

I've been exhausted for the last like, 2 months, just from work (often doing overtime), family shit, and just life in general. I also fairly frequently deal with migraines, and I even painted this today while fighting a migraine since 7am this morning (I painted this at around 3-ish, so I was at hour 8 of this particular migraine at that point). So, this is just sorta how I've been feeling.

Painted with Posca paint markers and acrylic paint, then stabbed with a pocket knife, I wanted to convey both my exhaustion and the overwhelming feelings I've been dealing with, and the stabbing pain of migraines. Painting this felt really nice (even with the headache), but stabbing something felt especially good. If I had more expendable canvases, I'd absolutely be stabbing more of them just for the catharsis!

Anyway, I hope to get the motivation and energy back at some point to return to drawing and painting like I used to, but until then, I'm just trying to survive. If you'd like to support me while I try to get my shit together again, I have a ko-fi, and I also sell stickers. I hope to maybe make some new sticker designs at some point since my current designs aren't really selling, so if you have any ideas for characters, designs, or previous drawings of mine that you'd like to see as stickers, let me know.
