His breakthrough performance came in 2013 as baseball player Jackie Robinson in the biographical film 42. He continued to portray historical figures, starring in Get on Up (2014) as singer James Brown and Marshall (2017) as Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall. Boseman achieved international fame for playing superhero Black Panther in four MCU films, including the Black Panther feature film that made him the first black actor to headline an MCU film and earned him several awards. In 2016, Boseman was diagnosed with colon cancer. Boseman kept his condition private, continuing to act until his death from complications related to the illness in August 2020. He extensively supported cancer charities publicly and privately, as well as giving to organizations that support disadvantaged children. 🍺🍺🍺🍺 ❌ • Merit Brewing Way Too Hazy IPA w/ Galaxy, Vic Secret & Amarillo ABV:6.4% IBU:❓ • Starts out with a creamy mouthfeel, accompanied by tropical flavourings. A pithy, citric bitterness hits early in the sip, but fades quickly to allow for the tropical taste to shine through again. These flavours consist of a melon forward concoction, with mango leading the way in a super smooth manner. @Meritbrewing #Meritbrewing • Extremely smooth and juicy hazy IPA, with minimal hop bitterness.
