Canaan

Introductions: Canaan, the ring-maker. What I like are sweet sweet foods. …Ah. I’m silently sneaking out of the workshop right now, so please be quiet so they don’t catch me 🎶

MC first impressions: “Such soft cheeks”. Squishing them would calm me and give me motivation… I like them. However, I underestimated her tracking abilities… no matter where I go to slack off, she finds me pretty quickly. Hehe.

Bezer first impressions: Professor Bezel is super passionate. It’s amazing. I guess I’m surprised he’s that attached to me. I think it’d be good if he slacked off sometimes… wouldn’t that make him a better teacher, that understands his students’ feelings?

Meister you’re close with: Hmm, I don’t know. I don’t know if we really get along, but Volks always makes me behave. It’s like he’s always keeping an eye on me. It’s annoying, so I think I’ll seriously try to run away next time.

Adel

Introductions: I’m Adel, tailor for the royal warrant guild, Yume Tsumugi. I’ll tell you immediately: I only makes clothes for people I approve of. No matter how important their position or status. There are no exceptions.

MC first impressions: I was exasperated at the arrival of such a rookie. When she chose to speak, the content of her questions, everything was unpromising. Or so I thought— the speed at which she grows and her competitive spirit are not bad at all.

Jin first impressions: Jin, huh…. That one is so impatient there’s nothing to do about it. He quickly succumbs to his desires and indulges in as much pleasure as he can. At first, I thought he was knowledgable and with a good eye— though at least he has the good sense to be ashamed of himself. I’ll just have to wait and see how long he can keep up his self-control/abstinence.

Meister you’re close with: …unfortunately, there is no one up to such title. By the way, just to be on the safe side, if I you ever find me excessively praising the Meister named Merryrose, it’d be because of his powers, not because I truly mean it, alright? You better remember it.

Volks

Introductions: I'm Volks, a gems appraiser belonging to the royal warrant guild Yume Tsumugi. In addition to appraising gemstones, I’m also the guild leader and coordinate the royal family's activities. I look forward to working with you.

MC first impressions: I felt that she had the skills to be a winged guild keeper (TN: guild keepers have a wings shaped badge and Emma has it, idk if all guild keepers or only some of the best ones have it), and I was also drawn to that hidden charm of hers. I felt the need to make that brilliance shine even more beautifully by polishing it with my own hands. I got a little carried away.

Mel first impressions: I do not believe the time spent talking to Mel to be an unpleasant one. His knowledge and insight are remarkable, and above all, he is a diamond in the rough that is worth polishing. I plan to continue enjoying interacting with him in the future.

Meister you’re close with: I often eat meals together with Gastronomy’s Oscar, and we have a good relationship. I empathise with his greed in pursuit of fine cuisine. Whenever I entertain him, deciding on the menu is quite stressful.

Merryrose

Introductions: Dream perfumer, Merryrose. I belong to the royal warrant guild Yumetsumugi. The flowers on my arm? Don’t worry, don’t worry- Oh, that’s right. You shouldn’t get too close to me. Unless you want to be utterly charmed by me, mh?

MC first impressions: An interesting one. Her emotions are always showing on her face; she’ll react to everything. She’ll get mad if I play around too much with Adele, so I thought I’d found a new good person to tease, buuut… you never really know what’s going to happen in life.

Jester first impressions: Jester, huh… he’s so seriously out of his mind, it’s annoying. And what the hell do you mean by partner? (TN: The question asked is to talk about their “partner”, obv not in the romantic sense, aka the black fairies). He’s the one who decided to get attached to me on his own. He says there’s no shortage of unfortunate stories whenever he’s with me… tell a super happy story for once (?), dammit.

Meister you’re close with: It’s a guild thing, but Adel? It might not be mutual, since I’m only playing around with him one-sidedly… well, I like my guild mates. They’re strong-willed, so it’s easy being around them. Though I sometimes get really pissed at Volks’ unreasonable requests.

Our Future ✦ Dialogue Lines (Pt. 1)

✦ Limited-time dialogues for June Bride. ✦ Part 1 includes meisters from Primus Club, Gastronomy, Dream Weavers, Everflower, Passionate Ocean, and Maden Gaming.

Primus Club

Camus “Just like a card faced down, no one knows what the future holds. But you're well aware that the path I'm on is full of thorns. And yet, you still choose to walk alongside me... You must be mad. Please never stop betting your brilliant life on me.”

Seven “You want us... to be each other's significant others...? Well...... I've always considered you someone very significant to me... [Name]. My heart feels warm every time I hear that name. I can't go without you... not now, not ever. I'd like to keep having fun with you.”

Ymir “Struggle all you want, I'm not leaving you for as long as I live. Claw at me, bite me, I'll still never let you go ♪ I'm not scheming anything. I really do love you, [Name]. And that'll never change... because you're the only one 'special' to me.”

Victor “Hah... I really have changed, haven't I? Before I met you, I hardly ever thought about the future. Now, all I can think about is... how can I stay with [Name] forever?”

Len “Hell if I know what the future looks like. I just know you're still gonna come after me wherever I am, no matter what I'm doing. ...Well, do what you want. If you decide to follow me around for the rest of your life, I'll make sure you're prepared for that.”

Gastronomy

Oscar “I never thought a day would come in which eating alone no longer satisfies me. Even I'm deeply shocked. Whether it's morning, afternoon, or evening—whenever I'm having a meal, I wish to see your smiling face across from me. How does that sound?”

Kuchen “The future? ...No, I can't really picture anything except making chocolate for the rest of my life. You know what I'm saying, right? I also see you right there next to me. Still smiling, happily eating my chocolates. Years pass, decades pass, and things'll probably stay just like that.”

Cuit “Nothing makes me happier than seeing a smile pop up on your face when you eat my food. All I want is for you to stay by my side, letting me see your smile. I really can't wait for the day I get to call you my wife.”

Riche “Every time I see how ardently you work, day in and day out... I suddenly find myself envisioning a little into the future. You are all the more beautiful, and your heart remains as honest as ever. I'm beside you, always worried... if I'm worthy of someone like yourself.”

Walter “...I have no idea about the future. If I could, I'd stay in Gastronomy for a long time, helping out the duke and everyone else. Hm? Nothing... I just naturally thought you'd stay by my side. Way, way into the future...”

Dream Weavers

Canaan “When I'm with you, your squishy cheeks put me right at ease... I wonder why? All my motivation starts flowing through me. Maybe I can't live without you. It sounds like a headache looking after me for a lifetime, but... hehe. I'll have to give the best ring in the world to the bride who makes that kind of promise to me.”

Adel “In the past, I wouldn't have needed an assistant or partner. But now when I imagine the future, you're there, as if it's the most natural thing. The thought of us buried in work, eating together, occasionally lending each other a shoulder, taking naps——heh, a lifetime of that doesn't sound half bad.”

Volks “If I must confess, I've been enchanted since we first met... by your light, which I'm certain will continue to change endlessly. I want it to be my own two hands that guide and protect your brilliance, no one else's. Would you allow me the privilege and honor of that?”

Merryrose “Before I met you, I swear I couldn't see anything in my future except a really dark path. Now I know a kind of happiness that I won't let go of no matter what. You're the one who taught it to me. Take responsibility for that... and spend your life with me, okay?”

Everflower

Asahi “You're the one I cherish above all others, the one I want to protect. I'm still an amateur with a lot of shortcomings, but... someday... I'd like to tie the knot and build a happy future together. I might be moving too fast, but... what do you think?”

Shiranui “I'm gonna say what I always do, okay? Fortune comes in at the merry gate!! It's true life's not all just fun and games. But you and I can make it alright. We can live our days full of blessings, where even if we cry sometimes, we'll still end up laughing. Cheers to our happiness!”

Mikage “My ideal future? That's easy—a life where I spend all day everyday dozing off on your lap, doing absolutely nothing... Until recently, this would've just been a pipe dream. But now, well, I really want it. A happy 'n peaceful married life.”

Tamayura “I want to make this world a place for humans and mononoke to live together in harmony. When I achieve my dream, I'd be happy if you were there smiling next to me. And... if a day ever comes when we pledge our futures to each other... I'd want to invite a bunch of mononoke friends to celebrate with us.”

Aoi “Something as definite as 'staying the same' forever sounds so boring. Being able to wake up from your dreams is what makes it so fleeting and beautiful... That's what I used to think... But when I wake up from my transient dreams, I think I'd like to be with you. Hey, won't you be mine?”

Passionate Ocean

Searle “I get warm and fuzzy and sometimes so tight it hurts. Feeling like I'm in love just gets stronger and stronger when I'm with you. It's a feeling I only get with you, [Name]. It's just like a treasure to me. Ehehe, I love you. And I will forever and ever!”

Sheila “I've been thinking about this a lot, but the coffee you make tastes like something I'd want to drink everyday. It really is so relaxing and soothing. From now on... or rather, for as long as I live, I'd love to stay in your care. What do you think?”

Elma “A lot of stuff's happened since we first met. My days have gotten a whole lot happier since then. It's like a huge wave of happiness is here! Now, in the future, and always after that... Let's have a blast ridin' out the end of this wave!!”

Urbano “Yo, [Name]-han! Time to practice our husband-and-wife routine with all the hype we got today——wait, why do you actually sound on-board with it!? Pause, pause. I can't even joke about being legal spouses, 'cause that's like we already got married. It makes me so happy I'm embarrassed...”

Maden Gaming

Cinis “It is my duty as master to care for and look after my servants——however, at present, I've been getting a lot of favors from you. Hehehe, just so you know, I despise losing! I shall vow to make you happy for the rest of your life!”

— MERRYROSE

It's not an exaggeration to say that Merryrose is ten times more annoying than his usual behaviour. After being cooped up in the guild home for most of his days, he's already a natural born attention-needy meister. What more if he felt the need to ask for a little bit more affection from you?

He won't hide it. He's never been the shy type and he's not going to start now—he would walk up straight to you and tell you what he wants. "Pay attention to me today!" He would say with a grin as if he wasn't asking for something ridiculous. No, no, he'd think it's the most natural thing in the world.

When you brush him off or say no, that's when he really amps up his game. He would follow you, hanging around you as you do your work and throw every possible distraction your way. From constantly calling your name to poking your skin until you have to turn your face to tell him to knock it off—to which he'll just go "Aha! You finally looked at me."

He can keep up this act for a while but once it dies down, you can tell by the way he starts going silent and there's a pout decorating his face. It was ridiculous to you but Merryrose was used to loneliness, and perhaps that was the reason why this was so important to him. He doesn't want to feel that again when he already has you.

And when you finally give in, cupping his cheek with your hands along with an apologetic smile. He'll wrap his arms around your waist and smirk—"Gotcha!"

— YMIR

As one of the most insufferable personalities among the entirety of Primus, he's definitely going to be annoying about it. The only difference is this host is a little more hands on with expressing how he wants attention.

You joke about how he's already getting enough attention as is with his job but then he'll wrap his arms around your waist and pull you in closer, saying, "Eh~ That kind of attention doesn't matter to me at all. I want yours."

He's used to his advances being shut down so it didn't come as a surprise to him when you pushed him away gently, saying how he still had work to do and he should go. Still, it doesn't change the fact that he's disappointed about it. And knowing him, he doesn't give up that easily.

The last time he was vying for attention, he ended up playing a trick on you with handcuffs. It's not out of the question that he'd probably pull a similar stunt. Anything to keep your eyes on him—he'll start thinking of other ways to keep your eyes glued to him.

Although at the end of the day, when he's sulking and finally stops bugging you, he knows he already got you to lose your nonchalance with the way you come up to him with open arms and an awkward expression that tells him you started feeling guilty.

— ROUGE

If Rouge was being honest, he didn't know if dressing up as a prisoner for Halloween was the brightest idea considering the fact that he's knee-deep in debt. The black and white clothes earned him a few comments along the lines of: trying out your new outfit already?

To which he would respond with: "Does it look good on me?"

Still, he thought it was a convenient outfit that he threw together last minute—turning one of his collars into a chained one was easy enough with the help of a little magic. The other chains wrapped around his wrists, however, he decided to borrow from former drinking buddies.

"Sooo… What do you think?" He stuck out his tongue, contorting his expression to mimic a rough criminal. It didn't last long though, he quickly crumbled into a fit of laughter as he threw his hair over his shoulder while shooting you a wink. "Will you give me a treat or do you want me to trick you?"

You laughed at his playful demeanor and his unserious question. He was as carefree as ever, acting as fickle as the wind. You couldn't help but want to paint his expression with something else instead—criminals often have blood on their hands or faces, right?

You thought that red might suit him in this costume. So you took a piece of unwrapped candy, tugged on the chain attached to his collar to pull him down. He looked at you wide-eyed, about to speak as he opened his mouth but you quickly put the candy in his mouth before he could. Your finger lingering on his lips for longer than it should.

"A treat from me."

The blood that rushed to his face in that moment was enough to make you think that it completed his whole look.

— ADEL!

He can't fathom how he let himself get roped into an event completely unrelated to him and his work by Merryrose, no less. He always mentioned that most costumes he would see around this time were terrible attempts that they flaunted around. He told his guild that if he cared a little bit more, he'd make costumes that would outshine everything else.

Unfortunately for him, he didn't have the chance to say anything when he got dragged into the square dressed up like a wolf. Clad in orange and fur—he thought that it was absolutely ridiculous that he let himself wear something like this. The fact that he was wearing ears, too, made it worse.

"What? You're not gonna ask for a treat?" You tilted your head, fighting the urge to tease him endlessly. He threw his head back, sighing and looked at you with tired eyes. No words left his lips but you knew that he was annoyed with you. After all, you were the one who suggested the costume.

"Do you have any idea how ridiculous I look?" He complained, "If I had my way, I'd be looking much more regal than this. Actually, I wouldn't be here in the first place."

You placed your hands on his shoulders, donning a smile as you gave him a light squeeze as a way to soothe his irritable state. "Now, now. You're here so you should make the most out of it! I'd love it if you got into your role and acted like a big bad wolf."

Surely, you said that to tease him but he was feeling spiteful.

He grabbed your wrist—earning a gasp from you—and brought it closer to his mouth. It was fake but he bared his fangs and pressed it gently against your skin as he looked at you with narrowed eyes. It wasn't sharp, it didn't hurt, but it made your heart beat faster than ever.

"If I were to act like a big bad wolf, as you say, then should I gobble you up right here right now?"

He wasn't enjoying himself much but after seeing the expression you made after his little display, he thought to himself that maybe coming down here was worthwhile after all.

— MERRYROSE!

Knowing Merry, he wouldn't pass up the opportunity to go down to the square and extort free candy from the people in town just by dressing up as a wicked witch who loved to curse people who passed by. He got into the role too much with the way he was acting but he enjoyed himself, especially since he managed to get all the candy he wanted.

Finally, it was your turn to fall victim to his favorite question for the night. He cocked his head to the side, shooting you a wink and held up his wicker basket. "Trick or treat?"

"You clearly have enough candy for tonight as is." You shook your head, refusing to give him any candy after seeing how full his basket was. "You should leave more room for the others, you've had your fill."

He frowned, raising an eyebrow in question to your rejection. He was acting like a bratty witch who was denied of something he really wanted—he was getting too into the role when he asked you, "so you're fine with this witch giving you a little trick then?"

"A trick? You really want candy that badly?" You laughed at his question but Merryrose was already taking a few steps towards you with a small mischievous smile decorating his face. You took a few steps back for every step he took until he grabbed your wrist and pulled you closer to him.

"I'll place a curse on you." He leaned in to whisper to your ear, his lips ghosting over your ear. "A curse that'll make you hopelessly in love with me."

Out of embarrassment, you pushed him away and shook your head as you tried to hide your flustered expression. "Stop that! You already know that your curse doesn't work on me."

Merryrose broke character and let out a giggle, shooting you a wide grin before replying. "Yeah, and it should stay that way. I'll make you fall in love with me without the help of stupid curses."
