This is my powers ing for working out.  I never really listened to it much until I sang it at my church a few years ago.  It really struck me because at that time I was at my heaviest weight of 235.  It has become the motivational song for me when I'm not in the mood to work out or need a reminder of why I'm on my journey to health.
