You know the awkward moment when you meet someone you know when you're not expecting it and it becomes one of the most embarrassing moments in your life?

Here's me, going on bikes with my parents. It'd be alright if I didn't meet one of my friends after around 10 kilometres. I was sweaty, red in the face, my hair was a mess as it was under a helmet all the time but I took it off for a while, and here my very good friend goes with his friend and brother on bikes and stops to say hello.

Let's just say, I was really happy to see him as we hadn't talked in person for months (we were texting a lot and in school we just waved or something like that). However, then I realized how I looked and...

There is just this right amount of "bad looks that friends can see" and this was way past this amount.

I honestly think he didn't find it embarrassing or really anything, but I'm an overthinker. And I found it really embarrassing for me.

Advice: Don't take off your helmet if your hair is a mess.
