How would the horrorfell bros feel/ do if they found out that there was a surgery that could fix bricks jaw? Would they try to get it for the chance to hear him talk again? Even if it’s easier for him to sign?
Brick (Horrorfell Sans) does get his jaw realigned on the Surface! He’s delighted by it because he can finally properly open and close his mouth again-- which of course means he can eat a burger again without having to cut it up like some kinda weirdo
But unfortunately, there’s not really a fix for his cracked vertebrae and the disturbed magic therein, so producing verbal speech is still difficult for him...
It’s fine, really, he’ll get the hang of this hand-talking thing one of these days!
No amount of King (Horrorfell Papyrus) insisting he could also get a text-to-speech device will convince him to, he’s stubborn and macho-levels of dumb and shoots it down every time.
