Everyone knew the rule of No Metas in Gotham, but there's was an unspoken second rule, no blue-eyed and black-haired child in Gotham.

Or you would be abducted by Bruce Wayne. It didn't matter if your parents are alive or not, if you're are mistreated or not, he would get you and never letten go.

What Danny didn't expect was for the youngest Wayne, Damian, track him down and try to abduct him for having fox ears and tail.

The two had met at a museum in Metropolis, each accompanying their classmates through a tour. Damian saw his foxy meta features and got obsessed with him, and somehow discovered his Phantom identity. Even though his foxy side didn't show in his ghost form.

His meta gene is trying to compensate for all the dangerous bullshit in his life.

Maybe he’s not actually half dead but just a meta and that’s why all the ghosts are so hostile to him!
