I think Bruce as a secret meta who for a multitude of reasons never uses his powers (too dangerous, too consuming, increased bloodlust, pride, SPITE above all) would be so interesting. Because the day he decides to use them must be so dire it eclipses so many of his previous failures. It would have to be the most unimaginable stakes.
Also Zatanna is the only one who knows because she personally put the seal on his powers ages ago by his own request. Imagine the day Bruce tells her "give me the dagger. We're doing the ritual" to bring his powers back and she knows that he knows that can never be undone. Once they're unleashed thats it and its actually going to be WORSE because they've been sealed for so long. Enough to nearly make him go berserk.
