There is no such thing as one single 'heaven'

It's impossible; people are too different to all agree on the same situation as the perfect one for all of eternity. Instead, I'd say that, assuming a 'heaven' exists, it'd be explainable with the following metaphor. 

Picture a giant square, subdivided into smaller, compartmentalized, individualized squares. That would be heaven. The 'worthy' people would go there, gain access to the general square, and then be given their own space to customize as they see fit for all eternity. 

Only problem is that people get bored very easily, and also that people are often extremely uncomfortable with actual happiness. So a lot of those cubicles might actually become Matrix-like situations where the person in them gives themselves goals to accomplish and obstacles to overcome in the pursuit of those goals, even though they could change it to permanent beach time at will. 

Or maybe I'm just talking out of my ass.
