I've been watching a lot of Robert E. Fuller videos recently (He does a lot of stuff about birds of prey and stoats and it's really cool you should check him out on youtube), and watching birds raise their young together (specifically the owls) has given me a lot of ideas for metalgreen lmao

Chris, who's been keeping warm/defending the eggs and chicks all day: Tod, love of my life, If you do not get your ass out right the fuck now and bring us back some food, I will rip YOU into tiny pieces and feed you to the kids!

Toodles, who's come back empty handed the third time that day, mostly because he keeps eating what he catches: But babe, I'm tired!

*Chris gives him the most spine chilling death glare one can imagine.*

Toodles: ...

Toodles, now a little scared for his life: Alright, alright! I'm going!

Recently I've been in love with a metalgreen concept.

What if Martin didn't approve of Chris and Toodles relationship? Not because he's homophobic or anything, but because Tod scares the ever living shit out of him.

A quick Yandere Metalgreen AU drabble

(TW Major Character Death!)

"*Huff* Finally... *Huff* He's gone."

Toodles stood over the body of his former boss, Zach Varmitech. The pathetic man had finally gotten his comeuppance.

The knife in Tod's hand glistened in the moonlight, dripping with crimson success.

"Now, my beloved Chris is safe!"

Tod was immediately distracted from the crime as he began to fantasize about his one true love. Dreaming about his beutiful smile, his geeky love of animals, his cute body...

Tod shook himself before his mind wandered too far. He looked back down at Zach, and gestured tauntingly with the knife.

"And with the generous donation of your life, Chris and I are one step closer to being together forever!"

He couldn't contain himself anymore. He lifted a bloodstained hand to his face, and laughed. His cackles of twisted joy filled the night.

"He'll be mine! All mine!"

No problem!

Yes, Toodles and Salutations still look like the bros but with a few key diferences. (Think of @vazaez design for toodles with the sharp teeth :) I love it so much!) And Salutations' more muted and monotone look, with gray eyes instead of blue.

Eventually, Chris does begin to like Tod back! I mean, he doesn't know about the yandere shenanigans of course, but he does warm up to Tod's craziness.

No, Sal is not a yandere for Martin. While they will still end up together, Sal likes to pretend like he doesn't have feelings for Martin. Most of their meetings are accidental, and Sal is more of a Tsundere than a yandere.

I've always had a bit of a thing for yanderes! A while back I asked @kazzykatt to draw some "Metalgreen but horror" and it gave me so many ideas for a yandere AU! But I'm just now regaining my motivation to write 😅
