Now that the Pancreatitis Saga™ has concluded, I get to have a little goofy fun with the strip and this was a lot of fun to work out visually. Thematically, me being an actual cartoonist is a big part of the strip, so I love doing visual gags like this.  Plus, points for an AWFUL pun. :)
