How to make your own method?
(Find what works for you)
I make my own a lot of times. Before that, I've been searching for methods and I was lost. I didn't know what to do. Cause most of the methods didn't work as I wanted them to and I was confused if I didn't do things correctly. So one day I just said fck it all. I'll do things on my own. I even stopped listening to guided meditations cause I wasn't so comfortable with them and they gave me headaches.
I will both share how I started doing my own methods and what inspired me to improve later. During my research for successful stories and how these people shifted for the first time. I noticed they all had similar methods. Very similar. I found about two different methods. These shifters say they do their own method but it's very similar to others. There is a girl who explained this very well, haha. I will share it at the end.
So for me, as I said I was so lost in my journey. Well, I have my own suffering. And definitely, I was complicating shifting so much. But one day I just decided I want to shift with a method that I want so I was just like I decided how I want to shift etc. Later I also wanted to use what I can do to shift. So I have a lot of methods and it keeps changing how I do things.
I don't wanna spoil because if I talk about my experience and self I will be spoiling things.
So here is what to do to find what works for you and find your way.
First of all, ask yourself,
How do I want to shift?
You don't have to think about whether it will work or not or how to do it. Just be very clear to yourself no lying, no hesitation, nothing. Think how you want to shift.
(For me, I wanted to shift with the intention method. It never worked for me before but when I said I will shitt with cause I want to. I minishifted countless times with it. And yea that was a good sign for me).
Use this method, make it work. Cause like it doesn't matter the method as long as you want it to work you make it work.
Secondly, you will ask yourself the follow up questions, just to help you.
What method worked for me before?
Like a method you got some symptoms with, minishifted with, or just had some good progress from. Even if you only dreamed of your dr after it or noticed some changes with it, anything.
So this one method to find what I'm good at, it wasn't my idea by the way. I will just write what the video I saw said. Actually I will just share the video.
The things she said helped me and were very interesting.
She said there are five methods that will help you to know what works for you. If you tried one of these and worked or felt symptoms with them then that's what works for you.
First method is the Julia method.
Then you're strong with affirmations. Affirming and affirmations work greatly with you. So yea, use that in your method.
Second method is the 5 sense method.
Then you're strong with visualization and imagination. So you visualization and imagination in your method.
Third method is the gaslight method.
(I personally never did this method, haha.)
She said then you work with mindset. You better focus on your mindset in your method.
Personally, I advise you to work on your mindset in all your methods. Mindset is very important and when you work on it most of your bothers and problems will be solved!!
Fourth method is the lucid dream method.
Then you work with meditation and void state acc to her.
Tbh LD works great with me and meditation is definitely my best friend. But for the void state, I don't know how to do it, and I'm lazy asf. So I don't get bothered. But meditation is very, very good for both mindset and everything. Istg I feel great, and I progress greatly with meditation, and it's so good and helpful. I've seen some shifters shift with only using meditation. So yea. I advise trying it out. Do it like at least more than 5 times before giving up on it.

Fifth and last method is the give up method.
Then you're good with method with a lot of intention and confidence etc. (Again acc to her)
Personally, again I think all methods require intention. You can shift without intending but like when you do a method it is considered an intention to shift.
You better watch the video she explained things better than I.

How will I use all the previous info now?
Here I have the answer!! So with everything I talked about previously, it will help you know what works for you. Also, to know what works for you, you should know what you're good at in the things you use for other purposes and shifting purposes. You should try a lot of methods and I assume you already did so use the methods that worked before and merge everything and make a beautiful cake, haha. But I'm serious.
After now knowing what works for you and how you want to shift (with which method for example) take all of that and use them to make your own method. Also, remember to prioritize your comfort and don't overdo things. Use subliminals if they help you. Use music that reminds you of your dr, it may help as well. Use everything in your favor and everything IS in your favor.

Again!! Work on your mindset. When I say work on your mindset. Find a mindset that makes you happier with yourself and journey.
Remember to enjoy your journey and that you're shifting for fun and for the things you want.
Keep a strong will and desire it is helpful.
Stay confident. You're capable. And remember all shifter were in this journey and the same position as us but they made it and so we will.
Time doesn't matter. Think of it as just illusion. As Mason said, once you shift all the time it took it will be worthed and it won't matter anymore if it took more than 10 years.
This journey is meant for us and we deserve to shift. Shifting found us and it's a blessing already!
Keep your confidence. You're doing just great. You already have it all!!
Treat you dr as real as you treat your cr. Also when scripting remember your not making that reality. You're shifting to existent reality where it's yourself and the things you scripted are true and exist there.
You make the decision when to shift. So you do it whenever you want to.
Also nothing is against you but within you. Don't worry about anything. Everything will go and work on your favor. Just accept it all.
There is no failed attempts. We don't always remember our shifts or minishifts. So we don't always realize it when we shift. So everything and every attempt we don't. IT WORKS!! 100%!!

Like when they said that even if shifters shifted with the same method it's not the same way they did it, etc. Something like that. I mean watch it. You'll understand better what they talked about.
