Metric ‘Hidden Gems’ - The Gates

Another song off of the B-Side of ‘Fantasies’, “The Gates” is a slow and downbeat song that highlights Emily’s vocals and Jimmy’s acoustic guitar. 

Reminds me of their older songs from “Grow Up and Blow Away”

METRIC: O2 RITZ, MANCHESTER

Shooting for Academy Music Group as the house photographer for O2 Ritz Manchester. First time seeing Metric and I must say I really enjoyed their set (well my 3 songs). I had these on my bucket list every since I missed out on a show a few years back. The only photographer in the pit tonight so was a bit of an exclusive, which although is great feels a bit lonely. Still the lighting was decent enough and I was relatively pleased with my edits.
