@magnanum​​ thank you for saying something. And thank you, @draco-shion​​, for defending me. I wasn't given any indication that those designs belonged to anyone but the commissioner and was provided references that he drew himself. But the designs were obviously taken from @askfemewtwo​​'s post.

After confronting the commissioner, he admitted that those are the original designs. I was able to contact Askfemewtwo about this, and they are okay with designs staying up as long as proper credit is given (which has been edited into the posts). Another thank you to them for handling this very maturely, and for Magnanum for bringing it to my attention. The commissioner has been given a firm warning.

Tips for photographing the moon with your smartphone:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ • Try during daylight, when there's less contrast between the Moon and the background!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ • Set the exposure as low (dark) as possible. On Android phones, you set the exposure by tapping on a bright object, then dragging up and down on the dotted bar that appears, and tapping the lock icon to hold the settings.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ • If you want to attempt a photo of the Moon during nighttime, set your camera's focus and exposure on a distant, brightly lit object, then pan over to the moon.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ • Use HDR or night mode, if you phone has it.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ • Zoom in as much as you can: even if your phone doesn't have optical zoom, it might help you to get a lower exposure if more of the screen is filled with brightness.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ • Moon photos will always be better with optical aid! Inktober day 9: precious (yes I’m behind, but no worries will catch up).

So here is a VERY old chracter of mine, we’re talking ‘98 or so. The pokemon movie was out and here was my very own Mew/Mewtwo chracter called Mewn. literally 20 years has gone by and I’ve been coming back tot his chracter and making her more my own again. Ive been drawing a lot of her lately and redesigning her so she keeps her origins but has a more unique look and back story. When i was little I often drew her with this ‘flower’ encase din a bubble. I like the idea it was an ancient thing she kept safe. I now like the idea of the flower either being tied directly to her life or the flower being the last relic of a destroyed home world.

I’ll probably spam dump the images I’ve been doing of her soon. I got to get out of my habit of doing art- making all neat for the internet then NEVER SHOWING IT TO ANYONE EVER. i never used to be like that! I think Ive been a bit too fixated on things being ‘complete’ before I upload them. Not perfect just ‘complete’ whihc I need to get out of. Upload my mind dumps more that sort off thing. Inktober has been very good for that, forcing me to show off characters and ideas I’ve had but I need to do it all the time really.

More to come! sketching today's now and hopefully will upload tomorrow but if not will do a upload dump over the weekend as I catch up.

Inktober 2025 - Day 21 - Blast CREATURE BONUS

A blind cave creature that can fire a blast of chemicals at prey; causing them to rapidly produce crystals and be unable to move. Useful for capturing the fast flying creature in the dark.

This ended up looking like Mewn's head, so I like the idea this is an animal that has some underworld mythos to it because of the similarities.

WIP Wednesday A few months ago, I doodled some Pokemon trainers while struggling not to fall asleep, and I'd like to revisit them! I finish

As it was Thursday for me, I thought's I'd come back in a week and upland a few wips. The thing is, I don't have too many 'wips' especially of illustration these days. I used to be really bad for that, but I have more 'ideas' jotted down, and they become 'wip' if I think I can see a final image in them. A wip for me is more an ongoing project that harder to nail down.

But there are a few floating at the top of my art folder atm, including this week's inktober 52! Two anthro giraffe ideas, a worm (of course) and few fakemon in there to come.

BUT I realized that I tend to have a few projects on the go that I can show off that are basically works in progress, and I think it's time you should see one I've been working on and off for a year: a doll of Mewn! (such an easy character lol)

I found a blank doll in a charity shop, and after finding a few more online for very cheap; I decided to have a bash at making a few of my characters as dolls. This has been a real experiment as I've not done something like this before and I picked an odd character to test it out.

I've not uploaded much as I'm still working on her and want to show her off when I think she's done, and I'm happy or close to completion and I need some tips (her tail is giving me a few issues, tried a few ideas bit not quite got the look yet, I did find some close coloured pipe cleaners and may try a fluffy tail idea).

I also got to repaint her face and belly as she chipped while she was packed away for a bit. Also testing out plastic friendly varnish.

If anyone was worked on similar projects or has advice or where to get good advice, please let me know.
