we do have some axolotls at highline, I don’t work with the aquatic animals but I do take passive pictures occasionally! If anything looks concerning or off, please tell me but also consider that;

1. I’m just a nerdy volunteer that gives little shows and talks about geckos and snakes mostly 2. I don’t know animal husbandry for axolotls/Mexican salamanders 3. all reptiles here at my college are rescues, and that none of these are actually 100% under my care.
