Heading toward the weekend looking for a cocktail to try? I’ve got you. Mezcal Old Fashioned - in a double rocks glass use two teaspoons warm water to muddle and dissolve 2 Demerara sugar cubes, add 8 drops Bittermens xocolatl mole bittersdrop in a fat ice cube, pour 2 oz Mezcal over the ice and stir to chill. Garnish with orange swath expressing the oil over the top of the drink.
