𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍹 Let’s all admit it, Prosecco is horrible after the 2nd glass and having it for a bottomless brunch isn’t exciting at all. That’s why I’ll be recommending @rudieslondon bottomless rum punch brunch down at @brixton.village to everyone from now on. Every Saturday & Sunday, 12-4pm, for 90 minutes you get non stop rum punch, which is VERY boozy btw, it’s not watered down, plus a brunch dish for £26.50. It’s a small menu food-wise, but what we had was really good! Eggs Benedict; Jerk pork, poached free range eggs and hollandaise sauce on Johnny cake. That pork was delicious, full of flavour and only enhanced by the hollandaise sauce. Yeah Mon! Full Jamaican; Ackee & saltfish, lamb sausage, baked butter beans, fried plantain & Johnny cake. I never thought I’d be having fish with breakfast but that saltiness goes perfect with the rest of the dish. The sausages were great, plus you get that sweet element from the plantain. Big fan of this brunch, I think it beats their main menu for me. I’m not sure if this is done as standard, but rather than waiting for refills we got given a whole jug of punch.
