Did you ever watch 'the demented cartoon movie' ? Nobody I've ever spoken to knows what I'm on about but I feel like if anyone would it would be you. If the video wasn't still up I'd assume it was a fever dream I made up in year 3

I don’t think I’ve ever managed to force myself to sit through the whole thing, but yeah, I saw bits of it when it first came out. In fact, that’s probably why I’ve never managed to sit through the whole thing – as I recall, the original Flash version didn’t have a pause button or a scene selector, so you had to start the whole thirty minutes over again if you got distracted!

I met an adult butch at my wheelchair rugby club last week :) she usually plays wheelchair basketball but came along because we had a tournament. She fist bumped me every time we passed she's so cool

I can't tell the difference between the seasons art styles but I see people talk about it a lot, is it an artist thing? 🤔

OK THIS ASK IS LIKE A MONTH OLD BUT im not sure if its an artist thing but to me its really recognizable! to me you can really tell the difference when you compare the seasons with each other but maybe ive just watched too much ososan. this is all my opinion but this is how i usually tell them apart

season 1 art style is cartoony and squishy, the sextuplets are very round and have cartoony proportions. they were still figuring out their defining traits and stuck to the “six same faces” thing the most, osomatsu and todomatsu were drawn incredibly similar very early on in the season

season 2 i dont really know how to describe because ive only seen it once or twice, but its more... on model? they emphasized their defining traits (karamatsu’s eyebrows, todomatsu’s bigger pupils) and gave them bigger heads but more realistic proportions

season 3 kind of went back to the round cartoony look of s1, it just feels more loose and off model and maybe thats just cause of the director and cause of covid lol. but i feel like i could squish them like putty again

the movie has a different art style too because of the budget, its more polished, and had more realistic body proportions like s2! it just looks really nice

i feel like its easier to tell the difference when theyre lined up next to each other like this

or maybe im just insane! and of course im cherrypicking for group scenes and styles that i like, but i dont know anything about storyboarding or conventional art stuff, so id love to hear what other people think :D

Am i just exceptionally slow at cross stitch? Each of the daily stitches patterns looks like it would take me a week lmao. I know I don't concentrate 100% when working but do you have any tips on stitching faster?

If you can get into the sewing method of cross-stitch, that’s a little faster than poking every hole individually. Mostly it’s just practice and muscle memory.

I keep meaning to say and never do but I consider you a really big inspiration! I don't really do art but I'm a writer and I feel like seeing you always try so many different things and mediums even if it's not all the same thing has really encouraged me to try different types and styles of writing :) so yeah thanks for sharing what you do and I hope you are able to keep making cool art in the future!

well jenner has 2 speech disorders selective mutism (info) and stuttering, and he’s very kind, anxious and often times stubborn, he’s athletic and loves to run he also loves to read and sketch his art style is realistic, he loves peace and quiet and being outside and he really needs some sunscreen yikes, he’s intersex (info) as well as nb (info) and feels very ashamed about himself his gender and how he appears to other people because of bad people in his past, one of his deepest fears is abandonment, and losing loved ones oh and he has a pet albino shrew named rare (rarey) and this is what his mullet looked like as a kid !
