outside of how tropey it is, my biggest problem with morning glory milking farm is that is has the very explicit theme of the fantasy version of "once you go black, you won't go back"

the monsters are all poc-coded, and it's said and confirmed by the mc's experiences that once a human (white) woman fucks a monster, she'll never go back to other humans

and i am... not a fan of this. it's just rebranded "brown men are sex-crazed animals (positive)".

Yesterday I finally indulged my curiosity and started to read C. M. Nascosta’s Morning Glory Milking Farm.

The process was thus: husband asks me if I saw the audiobook recommended to his coworker, then texts me the screenshot (we are texting back and forth across the living room while all the kids watch TV.) I am forced to admit that not only am I not shocked, I am already familiar with it and have heard great things. He says, “Is that a thing? They’re not even the same species!” I text him this:

He doesn’t see that I’m gesturing to my phone, but thinks I am pointing at my septum ring, which he assumes to mean I am implying millennials and Minotaurs have some kind of bond via nose rings. Reasonable.

Anyway, I see it on Kindle Unlimited and figure I’ll give it a go! Within two hours I had finished Morning Glory Milking Farm and added every single other Cambric Creek book currently in existence to my library and told my husband and no fewer than 15 other people to read it immediately. Cozy monsterfucking is IN. @monster-bait you’re a treasure, an icon, a madwoman, a visionary, an inspiration.
