I can't believe I missed it my first read through, but I was full of emotion from us canoningly learning that Jirou means the most to Kaminari, but this moment, this badass moment, this face:

This is the face of someone who'd give their all to protect the person they love. This is a man who went from "a scared child, forced into the world of adults" to "a badass hero, who will help turn the tide". Also this mad dash:

Kami being a badass, Kami getting his arc, Kami getting recognized by those around him. My boy is a hero and I have been blessed by this chapter.

BNHA Manga Chapter 263 Theories

In this chapter we can see how worried Kaminari was and how he wished to be with his other classmates .To be in midst of a huge battle in the front lines and be specifically chosen by the heroes , would be quite frightening . Tokoyami through their guitar session learnt that Kaminari would go above and beyond for his friends . Even in the hero license arc , when Bakugou and Kirishima became meatballs , he had the courage to save his friends and used his quirk . Even though he sees himself as not as important as others , when he truly believes that only he can do it to save others , he goes beyond plus ultra . 

Th's quirk required an external source of energy and he increased the voltage before unleashing it . In short scenes in the manga , we had seen that Kaminari had plugged himself to the wall , what I believe is that as his brain is unable to hold onto high voltages and he becomes dumb ; he trained his mind to withstand the voltage . So, Kaminari rose his finger like a lightning rod and let the current flow to him, neutralizing the attack.

He could take this extra energy and discharge it back to the enemy using his discs , making concentrated attacks .

Even though I had theorized that Cementoss would  use his quirk to trap the members in large groups since they are made of cement , I had not expected him to rip the building in half . This shows how powerful his quirk really is.

The lightning villain is part of the “ Brown “ squad , whose main goal is to act as support . We can see skeptic commanding “ Black “ and “  Violet “ squad to the front with “Brown “ as well . 

As I have mentioned in my previous chapter 258 theories , Twice being the lieutenant of   “Black” ,  Hawks himself said he was frightened when he heard Twice got over his trauma , he feared over how powerful he had become , but since Twice was actually a good natured guy , he would most likely not use his quirk to such extent unless he wishes to . In order to prevent Twice from using his quirk , he kept him surrounded by his feathers . He took out the swords in order to ensure that , even if Twice creates clones , he would be able to kill them in an instant .Twice would be shocked by the betrayal , but Hawks had to make sacrifices .

Dabi, despite being a lieutenant of   “ Violet ” ,looks in the opposite direction . It is possible that he might either look for Hawks and stumble upon Twice , or he and the league members would team up and discuss about Shigaraki. 

Most probably , in a hurry Skeptic would not care about Toga and try formulating a plan while the heroes were distracted . This could lead the other UA students in the front lines to capture him.
