The way how I've been able to cope with anxiety include a few things... I weight lift and practice Yoga, I meditate by focusing on a word as my mantra (ex: integrity, honor, love, etc.), and I intentionally put myself outside of my comfort zone on a daily basis (going out with schoolmates, try new food, go to a museum, etc.). I'm not perfect and I tend to fall back every now and then, but I know that these practices are good for me and that's what keeps me going. I hope this helps.

I’m defiantly thinking about doing yoga, there’s this really cool little vegan cafe by my boyfriends house that do small classes that I’ve been contemplating if I should join or not, maybe that’ll count as going out of my comfort zone as I suck around new people and strangers aha. I’m going to read a lot more into meditation etc also :) thanks for your help! 💖
