aka she’s a taurus and it really shows bc she’s super stubborn about everything. i haven’t tried her chart but i’m sure she has like 4658734 taurus placements
she’s a junior agent on the tech team aka she’s super annoyed about the current mission because, i quote, “i thought i gave up that life when i took on the mantle”
kinda weird but in like. the smart person way. honestly she’s too smart for me but here we are
she’s not enhanced but she’s very much a nerd and it’s from tinkering with her dad’s things when she was young and her parents always encouraged her to grow her mind and do what she wanted so she started inventing things
it started with like, cardboard cups with a string to make a telephone and grew into her tinkering with her dad’s bow and arrows and More
also she’s good with a bow and arrow
actually she’s just good at aiming and shooting in general and is technically trained as a sniper
but she prefers to be off field and know that the weapons that she’s making/tinkering with/improving are the ones in the hands of most of the agents
i like to think of her as a combination of tony stark and the weasley twins but then i guess that kinda makes her shuri from marvel
her motto in life is “just because something works doesn’t mean it can’t be improved” a la black panther so it’s a good fit
oh also her family is still alive. her dad is an ex agent who retired bc he felt in looooove with her mom who was a school teacher in seaside and is also still a school teacher in the civilian area of meia
she visits them sometimes and her dad tells Many Stories and she’s like dad i just wanted food

hi everyone it’s carly (i also rp @miaxseb) with a new muse, jang juyeon, better known as jj! some of you may have heard about him already because he has been eating my brain alive. very very excited to finally let him live and torment everyone as much as he’s tormented me the past couple of weeks. please like this post if you want to plot and!! i will come to you from seb’s account so i can keep all of my plotting messages in one place.

jj is 22 (as of literally today), mind enhanced, and a baby agent on team finch
this isn’t his first rodeo with meia though
he joined seaside at age 15
previously he, his parents and older brother, who all have mind enhancement, survived off their wits, luck and archery skills
they got in a bit of a pickle, surrounded by too many demons
dad lost control and shifted into one himself. it took him a while to fully lose his humanity; he fought against the other demons for a while but eventually was fully taken over and attacked jj
jj got a nasty wound across his side/ribcage, and was nearly overtaken by the dark energy of it himself
but his brother and mother carried him to seaside in time where the medics managed to save him
his older brother became an agent as soon as he could
jj, chronically bored, decided to follow in his footsteps
he was a better agent back then than he is now tbh
he was too cocky and confident in his enhancement, though
he ran into the sra agents that run the merch and decided he would see if he could outsmart them
he could but it was still two against one and he couldn’t outfight them.
they took him to sra and handed him over to kaiser for experiments
he went through a lot in there for about a year but he doesn’t remember it
because kaiser tested a memory serum on him and it removed the entire period of time from his arrival at seaside to that day
he was unresponsive for two days so they deemed him permanently brain damaged and dumped him outside for the demons to kill
he wasn’t!! his strong lil brain sorted itself out eventually and he ended up as close to thriving as you can be on your own outside of meia
his enhancement makes him really good at building and making things, as well as problem solving. he wouldn’t have survived on his own without it tbh
a meia agent eventually found him, claimed to know him, and jj was like lmao i don’t know you you’re insane fuck off please
but then a while later a whole group of meia agents found him and someone ELSE claimed to know him and he was like okay what da fuq
he was aware that chunks of his memory were missing, and it really bothered him, so he figured he would take a shot on this meia after all
he was reunited with his brother at the agency and he filled him in on everything that happened
when people asked him where he went he always said he didn’t know, and he didn’t. he still doesn’t and he’s afraid he never will know what really happened
he mainly became an agent because again, he was bored, and because he thought it might help him remember things about himself again
his agent name is “remy,” short for remember, but he lies and says it’s after the rat from ratatouille
he spends most of his time building random stuff. i asked him what he’s working on right now and he told me “a handheld fan that gives off a gentle smell of lavender as it fans you” and tbh that’s one of the most sensical things he’s worked on
okay that’s a lie maybe he spends most of his time watching old movies and studying just about everything he can. his favorite is ancient meme history. catch him quoting vines from 700 years ago
he’s honestly a comedian but the deadpan depressed kind. he rarely smiles which sometimes makes him funnier but often makes him confusing
he’s not particularly friendly but also not hostile. he’s just an introvert and is very happy in his own world. well, “happy” is wrong but u know. comfortable
these days, he fights with a warhammer. his hammer was his best friend while he was surviving on his own so now he got the upgraded version. he also brings twin axes with him tho. he’s known to throw those sometimes because he thinks it’s cool
he doesn’t do much archery anymore because it reminds him of his mom, who turned into a demon and was killed during his time away from meia
she’s one of the only things he remembers so yeah, that sucks
he has a love-hate relationship with sleeping because he has vivid dreams a lot and never knows if they were just dreams or something from one of his lost memories. in some ways he hopes one day a dream will jog his memory and he’ll wake up with some insight but in other ways it simply: sucks
he has some vague memories from his wiped memories, but when i say that i mean really vague. flashes sometimes, but mainly feelings, like a visceral fear of surgical tools and a deep hatred for the color white
like a vague feeling of familiarity with the people that were once most important to him that he no longer remembers

as for THE EVENT, seb will be out in the field doing senior agent things. considering he is leader of team raven (aka baby team) he isn’t exactly hesitant to leave them, he’s just worried (especially because there have been some...incidents...in the past when his team members did things without him.) if you’re one of his “kids” you’ll probably get A Talk before he leaves for the senior part of the mission. it’ll probably be just as much for his peace of mind as theirs but he wants to make sure everyone understands their role, that he believes they can do it well, and that he’ll come back safely. he will tend to “dad” any agent younger than him, though, even if they’re not on his team, so there’s lots of room for him trying to help prepare just about anyone, which means more plotting! i will be happy to take all the things.
ok!! enough of all of that, now i will ramble about seb some more under the cut!
seb is 25 and a senior agent!
being an agent (and a senior agent at that) runs in his blood. his mom was a senior agent and his dad was an agent himself. his dad was also enhanced
he also had a brother five years older than him (the only enhanced of the family), and eventually a sister five years younger than him. their names were yoojung and yooyoung respectively. yes, were, haha
his family was very kind. instilled really idealistic and optimistic values in him from a young age. they all just wanted to do as much good as they could and that’s an outlook seb still has today
his mom and dad were on the same team; that was actually how his parents met and fell in love. mom was the senior agent and dad the normie that was heart eyes at her. that’s not that important though
[death tw] what’s important is that their entire team was wiped out by demons on a mission, both parents included
yoojung, who had been promoted to senior agent himself mere months before their parents’ death, didn’t really have much choice but to take over care of the younger siblings, but he have even if he didn’t have to. he was that kind of person
he did a great job for several months but eventually all of the grief and stress of it all was too much and the negative energy overwhelmed him, turning him into a demon
seb and yooyoung were there and thought maybe they could win him back with The Power Of Love™ but they failed
yoojung killed yooyoung and seb killed him [/end death tw]
he was distraught obviously, but made a promise to himself that he would never let something like that happen again.
he turned 17 soon after, took on the alias sebastian after his sister’s favorite hero in her favorite book, and started working his ass off in training
the higher ups were kinda concerned about him but he was doing so well in training and in the field they couldn’t really find reason to hold him back at baby agent level
the entire time he was haunted by his family; his siblings especially, and he found a lot his motivation in “doing the good they could have but didn’t get the chance to.”
he’s still especially sad over yoojung’s death, and the fact that he was such a good person but in the end might’ve done more harm than good in his life. it’s really hard for him to come to terms with
he was there for the fall of seaside and staunchly stood with maylin and the others, but he lost many friends in the war
he still stood stayed strong though, and was offered his senior officer position while meia was being built. he was honored and took it
two years later he’s still alive and kicking, doing his best to guide the younger agents especially
he’s pretty good at it. very composed and level-headed, and a pretty wise and comforting presence.
he is repressing just about everything So much though. he really just stuffs everything down and only gets it out during missions, training, or the rare breakdown when he’s by himself lmao
he’s a gun guy! before leading a team, he used to do a lot of sniper work, but now he’s usually on the ground with his team so he can intervene in any imminent danger
he’s also pretty friendly and very kind. always wants other people to be comfortable and to do well, wants everyone to know he’s available to help them, etc. Good Guy™
classic workaholic. doesn’t take proper care of himself unless other seniors or the head agents tell him to get his act together

jinseo is actually terrible with guns (don’t ask him why) but he carries a handgun around when he’s fighting as backup. someone pls teach him how to shoot
he’s been banned from smoking by his sister so u catch him stress-inhaling like 10kg of strawberries in the cafeteria. pls get him a cigarette i beg

decided to help rebuild meia and eventually became a baby agent
was turned into a demon agent 4 months ago on a mission that took an unexpected turn
he was striked on the chest by a demon which is why there’s a big scar there and that’s where the black demon markings are, almost expanding to his arms
kind of an outcast bc demon reputation but he’s fine with it. most of the time
to those who know him, he’s a jokester, a prankster, a self-proclaimed comedian with no brain-to-mouth filter
he used to be a stubborn rough guy who won’t take no shit and can be rather reckless but ever since he became a demon agent he assumed the ‘responsible older brother’ role for his twin. one angry baby is enough
oh also he was an enhanced agent before turning. his ability is durability. it’s stronger now bc of the negative energy... but at what cost
