Miakane is quite literally "I can fix her". Jasmine in this context is someone tragically sad. She runs a small, unpopular gym, Amphy is always sick, she's jealous of Whitney's friends/body/basically everything and yet she's IN love with her, but Whitney sees all of this and just wants to be the big band-aid for her heart, even if Whitney is less emotionally mature in some regards than Jasmine
